Great company with lots of cool Toyota mods. They got all the stuff you need to pimp out your ride. And man, their shipping is lightning quick. You won't be waiting around forever for your goodies to arrive. KTJO 4x4 LLC is the real deal, my friend. They know their stuff when it comes to Toyota mods. So if you're looking to upgrade your ride, look no further. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Had a grate experience orderin' from them. Spoke twice on the phone to them after my order arrived.

I ain't got no idea when they gonna fulfill my paid order. I done tried callin' 'em and leavin' voice mails a bunch of times, but they ain't respondin'. Their customer service is just plain awful!

I wanna talk 'bout this order I made 'bout a month ago. Ain't nobody responded or gave me no shipping number, 'cept if I call 'em. If they don't answer, I hope I can get my money back.

I bought a *** grab handle version 2 from their store cuz I live nearby. They were super nice and helpful and the handle looks ***. So stoked with my buy.

I made an order on January 20th, and I received an email saying they would send it the following Monday. After that, I didn't hear anything from them. I reached out to PayPal and got a refund. I'm really disappointed. I won't be trying to buy from them again.

Waited over a month for a refund on a return for a completely unused item. When I called them, the person on the phone was obviously trying to hide the fact that my refund was never processed until I made that call. Don't do business with these thieves!

This company is a total scam and should be closed. They take your money and never ship your product, or sometimes only send part of it, and then they NEVER respond. They also slyly wait until 30 days after you pay before shipping the product, so they don't have to follow their return policy... not that they would anyway. Many people have been ripped off by them, just check out their Facebook page. Stay away!

I ordered something from KTJO 4x4 LLC back in January, but it's already April 14 and I haven't heard anything from them until I received an email with a shipping label and tracking number. However, the item never actually made it to the post office, according to the Postmaster there. I reached out to KTJO 4x4 LLC about this issue, but they responded rudely and told me to check their Facebook posts (which seems a bit outdated). I'm still waiting for a refund from the company, but I haven't received anything yet. If I don't hear back from them by the end of the day, I'll contact PayPal. Their products are nice and well-made, but I won't be doing business with them again and I suggest others do the same.

I placed an order more than a month ago, but I still haven't received it. I got an email saying that my order was received and it had an order number. However, I haven't received any emails about the item being shipped or a tracking number in case it got lost during delivery. I've tried reaching out to the company through email and phone, but I haven't received any response or interaction. The phone number seems to be someone's personal number, and I'm not sure if they're even connected to the business. I'll have to contact my credit card company to cancel the purchase.

KTJO 4x4 is a total joke. Let me tell you about my experience with them when I purchased the 3rd Gen Tacoma Driver side handles. Seriously, don't even bother doing business with them. I bought the handles on January 28, and paid a total of $178.96. They sent me an email on April 3, saying that the item had been shipped and even provided a tracking number that actually worked. But guess what? When I emailed them on May 10, asking when I could expect my handle, the tracking number was no longer working. Can you believe it?

Their response came on May 28, saying that all the handles were mailed out on Tuesday, so it should be arriving very soon. Well, guess what? It's now June 21, and I still haven't received anything. So I emailed them again, asking what their definition of "arriving soon" is. I even told them that if there's a problem, they should just refund my money. But you know what? I haven't heard back from KTJO 4x4 since my last email. It's like they don't even care.

I'm telling you, KTJO, karma is coming for you. Just you wait. Marty C.

I was really impressed with the quality, fit, form, color, and function of the grab handle. It looks just like the original. The reviews for the first version scared me away, but the positive reviews for version 2 gave me some hope, so I took the plunge. I received a confirmation shortly after placing my order. It was shipped from Oregon within 2 days and I was given a tracking number. It arrived exactly when they said it would. I took my time installing it on my 2021 Tacoma and it took me about 30 minutes. If I were to install another one, I could probably do it in 15 minutes. The trickiest part was dealing with the scary bottom screw, but I managed to get it right on my second attempt by using a strong magnetic Phillips head screwdriver, a light, and a mirror. I could see exactly where I needed to place the screw. I would definitely purchase it again.

KTJO 4x4 LLC is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered something from them in Jan 2021, and it's now June and I still haven't received it. I've tried contacting them multiple times to find out what's going on, but they haven't responded at all. Their customer service is non-existent. Their website's customer contact doesn't work, they don't return calls, and they ignore emails. They did give me a tracking number at one point, but when I tried to track it, it said the package was never sent. Eventually, the tracking number stopped working altogether. I'm trying to get a refund, but I'm still waiting for them to respond to PayPal. They're the only ones who make this product, so I guess they think they can make you wait if you want it. I don't care what they make or have, I'll never order from them again.
