Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers review: Kind, courtesy, honest

I went to Express Oil on Drake Ave. in Huntsville, Al. yesterday for oil change and tire rotation. I can't say enough to express not just the quality of the service, but the genuine kindness and respect given. Because they were so busy when I arrived in the morning, my oil was changed after a brief wait, but was told I would need to return in the afternoon for tire rotation. When I arrived in the afternoon at the appointed time, I was placed in an airconditioned room to wait for my car. When it was complete, the manager brought in my receipt with a zero balance. He said since I had to come back in the afternoon they didn't charge me for the tire rotation. And when the funds were balanced during lunch time, they were $20 over, and my service man felt it belonged to me, though I insisted I was sure I had only paid the correct amount. They had already drooped the fee from $60 to $40. And now they insisted I take $20 back. I have never experienced such genuine care and honesty any greater than I did yesterday at Express Oil.
