Expedia review: Expedia once again acts sneaky

grievance regarding Expedia, purchased on March 6, 2026, for Amanda and Andrea.
At the time of booking, Expedia’s page stated and itemized that one checked bag per traveler was included for the round trip; however, we were later charged for our suitcases on the return journey. The itinerary includes Icelandair flight 623 from Reykjavik to Newark and JetBlue flight 1601 from JFK to San José on October 28, 2026.
Although the receipt confirms we paid $2,511.84 for the trip, seats, and flight protection, it does not disclose any baggage exclusion or indicate that the included checked-bag allowance would not apply to one portion on the return.
I request reimbursement of the baggage fees charged in error and a written explanation of why the baggage benefit displayed during booking was not honored.

Recommendation: Do NOT use Expedia!
