Eve's Addiction Eve's Addiction: Terrible Customer Service and No Response to Order Changes or Refunds

So, I bought a necklace from Eve's Addiction back in August. I was pretty excited about it, but things quickly went downhill. I realized that I had put in the wrong shipping address, so I reached out to the company to see if I could change it. I also asked about getting a refund, since I wasn't sure if I wanted the necklace anymore.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them at all. It's been weeks, and all I've been getting are these annoying emails about their sales. I mean, I get it, they want to promote their stuff, but it's really frustrating when I'm trying to get a response from them about my order.

Honestly, this has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Eve's Addiction if you want good customer service. It's just not worth the hassle.

Eve's Addiction Disappointing Experience with Eve's Addiction: Bracelet Broke and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Eve's Addiction. I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, and it seemed like a great idea at the time. But when the bracelet arrived, it wasn't quite what I expected. And then, to make matters worse, the clasp broke just a few days after he started wearing it.

I tried to get in touch with the company to see if they could help me out, but I didn't have much luck. I left a voicemail and sent an email, but I never heard back from anyone. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest.

Finally, after a few days of waiting, I decided to call them back. And that's when I found out that they only offer a 60-day warranty on their products. Of course, my bracelet broke just two days after that warranty expired. Talk about bad luck!

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Eve's Addiction to anyone. It's just not worth the time or money. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to buy jewelry from, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Eve's Addiction Disappointing Experience with Eve's Addiction: Personalized Jewelry Gone Wrong

So, I gotta say, my experience with Eve's Addiction was not great. I ordered a personalized piece of jewelry and what I got was not what I expected at all. The engraving was supposed to be on the outside, but they put it on the inside instead. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get that right?

Anyway, I contacted their customer service and they said they would send me a replacement. I was hopeful that they would make it right, but when the replacement arrived, the engraving was on the outside this time, but it was so small that you could barely read it. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.

When I contacted them again, all they offered me was a measly 10% refund. I mean, seriously? That's all they could do? I felt like they were being cheap and insulting. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for personalized jewelry, I suggest you steer clear of Eve's Addiction.

Eve's Addiction Eve's Addiction: False Shipping Promises and Unhelpful Customer Service

I wouldn't recommend Eve's Addiction to anyone, especially if you need your items by a certain time. I paid $9.99 for each of my two items to be shipped within 24 hours, and an additional $8.95 for Priority Mail. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out that my first item wouldn't arrive until a week after I placed my order. This is certainly not the 24-hour shipping that I paid for!

When I called to cancel my order, I was met with unhelpful customer service representatives who refused to cancel my order. Now, I have to go through the hassle of filing a credit card complaint for false advertising. It's frustrating to deal with such crappy service!

Overall, I would advise against using Eve's Addiction for any of your jewelry needs. Their shipping promises are false, and their customer service is unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and find a different retailer to purchase from.

Eve's Addiction Misleading Prices and Poor Quality: My Experience with Bracelet Purchase

So, I was all set to buy a bracelet for my hubby with some sweet engraving on it. The price I saw was $61, which seemed pretty reasonable to me. But then, when I got to the checkout page, the price jumped up to $74. Okay, I thought, maybe there's some tax or shipping or something. But then, as I went through the checkout process, the price kept going up and up until it hit a whopping $94! That's almost a hundred bucks for a bracelet! I started to get suspicious, so I decided to check out some reviews before I made the purchase. And boy, am I glad I did! There were so many complaints about this site, I couldn't believe it. People were saying that the prices were misleading, the quality was poor, and the customer service was terrible. I didn't want to waste my hard-earned money on something that might turn out to be a total rip-off, so I decided to pass on this one. It's a shame, because I really wanted to get my hubby something special, but I guess I'll have to keep looking.

Eve's Addiction Untrustworthy and Overpriced: My Experience with Eve's Addiction Jewelry

Eve's Addiction is not a good place to shop for jewelry. They are not honest and their jewelry is not worth the high prices they charge. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. They won't even give you a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. It's better to go to a different company that you can trust. I found a necklace made of real gold for the same price that Eve's Addiction charges for a necklace made of cheap silver that is only gold plated. I wish I could cancel my order, but it's too late now. I wasted my money on something that is not worth it.

Eve's Addiction Disappointing Experience with Eve's Addiction: Poor Quality, Unhelpful Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Eve's Addiction. I ordered a necklace with four stones - two rubies and two garnets - but when it arrived, the colors looked nothing like what was shown on the website. I mean, I know that things can look different in person, but this was a pretty big difference. The rubies and garnets looked almost identical, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to having some contrast between the stones.

To make matters worse, the top stone of the necklace was placed incorrectly, so it was tilted to one side. It just looked kind of wonky and unbalanced, which was a shame because the design was really pretty otherwise.

I also ordered a heart charm box to go with the necklace, but it was way smaller than I expected - only about two inches across. And there wasn't a great spot to fasten the necklace, so it kind of just hung awkwardly from the box. I was pretty disappointed with that, too.

But honestly, the worst part of the whole experience was the customer service. When I reached out to them about the issues with my order, they were really unhelpful. They wouldn't offer me a replacement or a return, which I thought was pretty ridiculous considering how much I'd spent on the necklace and charm box. It just felt like they didn't care about my satisfaction at all.

All in all, I definitely won't be ordering from Eve's Addiction again. I just don't think it's worth the risk when there are so many other jewelry websites out there that have better quality and customer service. So if you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd say to be careful and consider yourself warned.

Eve's Addiction Disappointing Quality: Moonstone Ring and Cross Necklace from Eve's Addiction

I recently purchased a moonstone ring and a cross necklace from Eve's Addiction for my Christmas gifts. However, when I opened them, I was disappointed to find that the ring looked like a milky, colorless plastic and the cross pendant was stamped with no detail at all. It honestly looked like something you would get from a gumball machine. I was really sad because I had picked out these gifts myself, but I don't want to put the person who bought them for me through the hassle of returning them. I would advise against wasting your money on these items.

Eve's Addiction Disappointing Experience with Eve's Addiction: Small Bracelets and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought some bracelets from Eve's Addiction for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they were way too small. I was really disappointed because the website said they were 5 inches long, but they were actually only about 2.25 inches because they were rounded. I tried to straighten them out so they would fit an adult, but then the chain wasn't long enough. It was a real bummer.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service about the issue, they were not very helpful. They didn't seem to care that the bracelets were not as advertised and didn't offer any solutions or compensation. I was really frustrated with their lack of concern for my problem.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Eve's Addiction. The bracelets were not as advertised and the customer service was poor. I won't be ordering from them again.

Eve's Addiction customer service

As I have seen in other post, my card was charged twice. I contacted customer service and they said it was not on their end, which it was and it would take 24 to 48 hours for it to go back on my card, that was the first time I contacted them. The second time they said the same thing and I called them out on it and they said 2 to 4 business days. They were not concerned about it at all. Now I have to deal with my bank. I will never buy from here again and I will let other people know about their poor business practices!

Eve's Addiction Purchasing a product

I went to place an order and my card was charged $53 twice. I called and they said I'd get one charge back which was fine I did end up getting it back however then I had to fix the billing address and after I did so I got a call saying that my card needed to be charged AGAIN even tho only $53 was returned to me. So I had to call my bank and get them to stop that transaction so my card can be charged yet again. 🙄 Worst online shopping experience.

Eve's Addiction product service, customer service

I made a order with this company on March 22, 2019, one of my items I received the other was on backorder, I called on March 17, 2019 I was told it would be shipped in three weeks well, here it is August 4, 2019 and still no product has arrived, I called, emailed, used their chat, no response what so ever, this is the worst customr service I have ever incountered with a company, I will try and contact them on Monday and go from their. I will not be purchasing from this company again especially after reading all the complaints against this company.

Eve's Addiction customer service/ jewelry

On Thursday 5/2, I went to your website and orders a cuff bracelet for my Daughter in Law who lives in Park City, Utah. It was order number 2498321, I choose the cuff bracelet and added 3 birthstones November, April and February. I entered my billing information and the mailing address for my daughter in law in Park City, Utah. I submitted the order and received a confirmation email which showed that the Jewels were not what I had chosen and the billing and mailing information was incorrect.

I called your Customer Support Center at 8:00 pst on 5/3 and spoke with an agent for over 45 minutes and never made it past the correction of the recipient mailing address. She had her headset so close to her mouth that I could hear her ever breath and heavy breathing. Very annoying. After 45 Minutes of trying to explain I asked to speak to a supervisor and was give a name of Daryl. After arguing with him and explaining that I had entered the right information he agreed to cancel the order and start over. The New Order .

He asked for my billing information and also the information of the recipient. He repeated the information and confirmed that the billing and the Recipient name and address. He processed the order and said a confirmation email would be sent to me.

As of 5/3 I had not received a confirmation email but received a ship confirmation which once again was incorrect. The Billing and Shipping address was exactly the same.
I called your Customer Support Center and again was told I could not change the order because it had already shipped. She also said that I could not cancel the order because the Supervisor would of confirmed the information with me (which he did but it was for the correct information).

She told me that no supervisors were available until 6:00 pst on Saturday 5/4/2018.

I was told that Daryl would be in your call center at 6am EST on 5/4/2019. I called the call center and was told that Daryl was not around and I got the same portal script about the order has shipped, in other words once again poor customer service. I asked for Daryl's Manager (Carl) and was told he was not in either. I received a portal script stating to contact the customer service during normal business hours. On Monday 5/6/2019 I called the Customer Service department and asked for Daryl or Carl. After 45 minutes waiting and speaking to a CCA I spoke with Carl, He said that even though the mailing address was incorrect I could receive it and remail it to my daughter in law. I asked for the corporate information several times and was told that it was not available. Carl ended up hanging up with me very abruptly. This is the worst customer service situation I have ever encountered and still no resolution.

Eve's Addiction 2 bracelets I have not received.

Order#2425042, customer#1764892. Thus is the third attempt to get my bracelets. I received a bracelet that looks like a childs bracelet with numbers on it, not the two I ordered and paid $96.95 for. I keep being told they will send a return slip and it never comes. I understand mistakes happen but $100.00 dollars is a lot to spend and not receive your items. Please correct this mistake as soon as possible or I will have to take further actions. Thank you, Joanne Graver

Eve's Addiction couple engravable rings

I made a purchase for a engravable wedding band. After two weeks the ring begun to change. I went back on a later date to confirm the ring metal type. On the company's website. Stated .925 sterling silver and gold plated. I hope all rings dont fade like mines. This was a promise ring I give because I wasn't sure what kind of ring to get. So this was cost beneficial and easy to purchase, now I regret it cause it might be fake

Eve's Addiction delivery my ring

I ordered a mens titanium ring on Friday June 15 2018. It was supposed to be here yesterday but it hasnt come in. My estimated time of delivery changed and it won't be here until the 25 of June. I paid for priority delivery. My wedding is June 23 and I need that ring before now. It was supposed to be here yesterday. Please help. I'm in panic mode right now.

Eve's Addiction customer service is nonexistent

I order two necklaces 2 weeks ago. I thought it was strange when I did not receive an order confirmation right away. My credit card was charged and still nothing. I emailed asking for information twice, received nothing. I called and left messages, received no call back. Finally today did the online chat, and was forwarded my tracking info, which said my order was delivered 11 days ago! So I called and someone did answer and told me I had to file a claim with the delivery company, and then email that back to them for them to ship me out my order again. My problem is I ordered 2 personal items for mother's day and my daughters birthday which is this weekend. I'm pretty sure I will not be getting any response back from that last email since they have never responded to anything before. I do a lot of online ordering and have never received such poor customer service.

Eve's Addiction anklets rings

Anklet fell off and broke in less than 24 hours. I should of read reviews first. Waste of 100 bucks. BEWARE DONT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED CASH AWAY! The quality is so poor all items I purchased were personalized but I deserve a full refund on everything. It should be illegal to sell this mess. I was literally just walking and the anklet fell off. I have never purchased such horrible quality jewelry.

Eve's Addiction lost stones out of my I love you to the moon and back ring locket

Customer number 1589169 purchase date 12/27/17, purchase through Amazon. On 1/26 I gave my daughter an I Love you to the moon and back ring with 4 stones. At some time after she put the ring within a hour and a half the locket came open by itself and the stones were lost. I need the ring and stones replaced. The locket on the ring pops open very easily. I also purchased the necklace after I received the ring because I thought she would like both. It was very disappointing to her that the stones were lost. I would appreciate a quick resolve to my situation.

Eve's Addiction my mother's grandmother's ring

I ordered my mother her grandmother ring with all grandkids birthstones and total of 8 stones we received it and it's missing a stone she is very upset as it was her Christmas gift. We would like a replacement or repair on this as soon as possible I would like a response by no later than Tuesday January 2 2018 to resolve this matter please. Thank u
