Evans Halshaw review: So bad that I had to sue them at Edinburgh Sheriff Court

This dealership is so bad that I had to sue them at Edinburgh Sheriff Court for failure to repair faults prior to selling me a vehicle. Throughout an initial conciliation process and even after the court ordered them to compensate me, they still dragged their heels, and only the threat of a visit from Sheriff Officers forced them to pay up. The whole process took over 18 months and could have easily been fixed in a day or two. Exceptionally poor service from both the salesman and Service Leader throughout the whole process. I still await an apology.
