Evans Halshaw review: EH Gateshead Hyundai and Head office

Car was delivered with dents, scratches and additional damage which we were not notified prior to paying and taking delivery of the vehicle. Took over 6 weeks and numerous phone calls, emails, messages, completion of complaint forms to finally get the the complaint resolved (not fully). Both the dealership and Head Office didn't seem to care about customer care/satisfaction more that they had got a sale. Would not recommend purchasing a car from these dealerships.
