An account was opened under Eric Albert 12225 Greenville Ave Dallas, Tx 75243 in 2005-2009. I never received any statements nor communication from ETrade. The funds were escheated to the Texas Unclaimed Property Division in 2008 and 2009. I have been requesting a copy of my statement accounts from ETrade and can not talk to anyone who will locate any statements or documentation of this account nor the escheatment documents sent to the State Unclaimed Property Division.
Furthermore, the Unclaimed Property Division in Texas has requested such statements as well and have received no response.

Desired outcome: Need documentation of the escheated property from Etrade.
