E*Trade Financial review: Absolutely the worst to try and get your money back from

So disappointed I put money in 4 companies for an ipo, easily requested my money back from 3 of the 4 companies but 50 days later still trying to jump thru hoops and many hours on the phone with E*trade and they still will not give my money back. They have told me 3 times that everything is great and were supposedly wiring the money TODAY! Sadly every time they cancel the wire for some NEW excuse. Send me a message "this wire has been canceled per your request". The last one, last night they told me for the first time they had put a hold on my account for security reasons and I would have to call back during business hours to do a 3 way with Wells FARGO. If they knew there was a security problem from the beginning, why would they not tell me that instead of initiating 2 wires? Their was no problem at all I was on the 3 way. They just confirmed with WF all the info they already had. I think they just want to use everyone's money for free as long as they can? I don't understand how they get by with treating customers like this? This afternoon, received another Cancelation notice thru text. Call back and they said they had not filled the wire out properly and it would have been rejected so they cancelled it. Called back for another 55 min call to start a 4th wire transfer.
I want MY money back ! ! ! Everything was done the same, how could all the other companies give my money back so quickly but Etrade 50 days later still will not return my money? This is ridiculous !
