Etisalat — etisalat salesperson unethical way
I am not sure if this is the correct way for my complaint to be resolved, But I hope someone really helps me out. The problem started on the 14th of February. I received a call from on Etisalat Representative, Arun. He offered me a Postpaid plan (I was using using a prepaid line) along with a new Apple I Phone7 .He said I would have to pay 115 Dhs for 24 months and that would be all inclusive. And he said I would get a Message for the new I Phone Delivery in 2 days.I asked him if any documents should be submitted first but he said for this offer it was not required to .And I told him to register me for the offer. He changed my plan from Prepaid to Postpaid at the same time .I waited for 2 dayd for the Message for the new Apple I Phone but nothing came. So I called Etisalat Customer Care at 101. That's when I got A Shock as I was told there was no Apple I Phone in the system for me against my cell number [protected]. Immediately I requested for my number to be migrated back to prepaid. I was told that to do that I waould have to pay migration charges. this was on the 17th of February .After that I keep on calling 101 and each time I h
am assured that I shall help within 2 days . But I am still struggling. The names of some of the Etisalat Representatives I have spoken to, Shahnivas, Arbiya and a few others in March. The ID given was [protected] . After tat the person I spoke to was Noor Singh .Then after a few days it was Mai. then I was told the migration charges were waived off and I made a payment for the phone bill and was told that my number would be made prepaid in 2 days and I would get a message . Again No Help. Then I called and the person called Asin responded . I got a ref. no. [protected] . Again same story. Then it was Nobel on the line 'New ref; no; [protected].then it was Chirag who promised to help . Then it was Atulya .Then again after a few days it was Priya. A new ref. no. 1056552 . Then it was Tejas, Prem, and Wasim. All promised to help but No Help. Then on 14th of May Sushmita called .Now I am being told to pay A big amount .But it is not my fault if Etisalat people have not looked in my matter for so long as I was cheated in the first place. I am so Saddened with this experience as I have been a loyal customer of Etisalat and have the same number since 20 years. I am very Frustrated and cdon't know what to do as the Customer Care People are not able to help. One of them told me I should have got A new Sim Card and stopped using this Number. Is this Efficiency of Etisalat Customer Care. some of the ref. nos. saved in my mobile are - [protected] -- [protected] --- [protected] -- [protected], I am so unhappy and Tired of all this that I don't know how to resolve all this. No-one is giving me the contact of Head of Department So I don't know what to do . Hope Someone Out there Hears my Complain.
