this is the worst airline ive ever flown before. It is supposed to be the 'best airline in Africa' ...the flight arrived 1hr15min late to pick us up and initially had a 1hr transit in Addis...we arrived in Addis and just went through passport control and were informed that the flight left...the flight left on time but we were fetched late. That did not even make sense...they showed absolutely no grace towards us even though we were flying business class...we were stuck in a airport for 2 days with a toddler with no extra clothing...it was terrible...we missed our 2 days from our holiday including the hotels we booked because of Ethiopian airlines fetching us late and did not even try and wait 20 minutes at least...we only received all of our bags the day before we had to leave from our holiday. We spent so much money driving an hour up and down to the airport to fetch our luggage. They didn't even have the decency to deliver it to our hotel...not to mention all the money we had to spend on buying toiletries, diapers and medication all because we never had our luggage...

Claimed loss: we missed our 1 flight from KL to Penang as well as the hotel...

Desired outcome: to be reimbursed...we have all the slips as proof of everything we had to purchase because of our lost bags...
