I flew from Riyad to Johannesburg via Addis Ababa on 20.3.2026. On arrival at JHB all my bags were lost. Its now almost 2.5 months later and still no refund. Emails are ignored and Phone call is never answered. According to them its an ongoing investigation but it seem like the investigation is going nowhere because i get the same reply all the time that they cannot trace the luggage. After 21 days its normally considered lost and passengers should be compensated for but this regulation is also just ignored by them
