On [protected], EIS sent me the first letter of collections for a proposed debt. I requested proof of the debt and asked them to halt collection efforts until they provided the necessary information. They received my letter on March 9th. The following day, they contacted me via a direct call and left a voicemail regarding the debt collection, which was overheard by others sharing the phone.

I'm currently going through a bankruptcy court
I'm currently going through a bankruptcy court. EIS called a couple times to try and collect a bill on behalf of ***. I gave them the name and number of my attorney.
About a week later, I got a letter saying they needed a formal notice about bankruptcy. It said within 30 days.
They called my daughter a couple weeks later. They asked for her birthday and her social security number. After giving that, they told her how much money I owed and made threats about what might happen. She came to my house crying, thinking she owed the money.
Bankruptcy is hard enough to file and is almost a demeaning process. It was something I didn't want anyone in my family to know, especially my daughter. I called EIS to ask what happened and if I could hear the recording. They said someone would call me.
After a week, I called them. I spoke to someone who said they couldn't let me hear the recording. They would have someone call.
Again, that didn't happen. I called back and someone said they had listened to the recording and they weren't allowed to share it with me. However, they did say it was an honest mistake. She didn't mean to do that, but our information was similar. She's 25 and I'm 46. Our social security numbers are absolutely not similar. They asked if I was going to take legal action. After that, the communications stopped.

This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- Eismgmt.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The eismgmt.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
