Essence of Argan review: Argan oil free sample 8

4 payments of 127.50 taken from my account, tried constantly to cancel it with no luck finally today did a live chat and they assured me it's cancelled, but no word of money refunded. Over £500.00 down the drain, absolutely criminal.

$600 taken from a bank account of a 68 lady for a trial sample which she thought was just under $10.

Essence of Argan, where do i start with this company. They base everything about their terms and conditions. A trial offer but really a subscription based service.

Update were i believe Essence of argan have broke their own terms (my partners order, maybe your too), which allow customers for a full refund.

A simple proper Electronic receipt is what I am asking for.

My concern with my partners order.

Tracking numbers for the below do not exist for Trial products, they are either classed as N/A by Essence of Argan and/or cannot be trace through Australia post. Essence of Argan need to explain were these initial trial product are, or supply us with the correct tracking number to show received/delivered products.

Orders we received. Please note below that the same product was then hiked up considerably which also breaks their terms.

1. A subscription service when the customer doesn't really know they have subscribed

2. One Email order from Essence of Argan for the sum of $9.73.

3. No receipt including, Item, Item number, Item quantity, tracking numbers, and delivery date form Essence of Argan or any kind of receipt either electronically or paper. This is for ongoing product. Please request this, this is important to you.

4. No ABN, No GST, on your first order Just Order Total, $9.73 Please request ABN, ACN for your reference. I see they are based in Malta so this may be their work around.

5. Exuberant price hike in price on the same product? Please explain

Essence of Argan operate just within the law. Ethical, their reviews speak for them selves. They operate within their terms which we as customers should read.

BUT they clearly in our case did not operate within their terms. I presume in your case the same.

What this means is with my partners order. If Essence of Argan cannot prove the trial product was delivered Essence of Argan have broken their own terms as no product can be returned. You Credit card company then have the right to claim for a full refund based on product not been received. The hardest thing is to get them to commit to sending you a receipt but they will not send one. By Law they need to send one within 7 days. You need to request one via email. lucky one of their customer support instead sent written confirmation via email. As you can see the Initial Trail postage tracking number does not exist and N/A is not acceptable.

You must always give your customers a receipt or proof of purchase for anything over $75. A customer can ask for a receipt for any purchases under $75. I ordered a free sample but they keep sending me more bottles all the time...i dont need them. Who do i contact?

I too am being scammed. I signed up for a sample. It is okay but I don’t actually use it. They sent a second bottle which I just thought must be an error. Then yesterday I received a mascara, lipgloss and lipstick. I am disabled and may go out to a shop or such once a week sometimes. I am on a pension and NDIS so I have a carer 3 days a week.
I don’t want this stuff. They don’t send paperwork with these things. I have plenty of juggling already. I don’t want another problem.

Paid for fee + postage. Since then have been charged $152.55 about every 3 weeks. I did not sign up for this. Fraud department at my bank can not do anything because I purchased from them initially. Down now over $300. Only way I could stop them taking more money out of my account was to CANCEL MY CARD and get a new card issued. Inconvenient but better than having money taken without my authorisation.
