tru alchemy is a fake site. they scammed me for one of those muscle toners. i need help getting my money back. :(

tru alchemy is a bad company. I never got my order and couldn't get a hold of them through email or phone. Don't waste your time or money.

Tru Alchemy is not good at all! I bought from them a month ago and still haven't got my stuff or even a tracking number to know where it's at! And they took my money right away when I bought it! I won't be buying from them again!

I orderd from Tru Alchemy on 4/7. They charged my credit card on the same day. But it's now 6/1 and I still haven't got my stuff. The tracking number says it's been on the way to the US since 4/19. Their customer service is really bad. They just keep saying my item has shipped and won't give me my money back. I'm starting to think this is a scam. Don't buy anything from them!

This company is a total scam! I ordered from them on April 22nd and waited for about 2 weeks before asking for an update. They kept giving me the same excuse about pandemic delays. The contact info for the Utah-based Simple Beauty is the one you want. They have great customer service and are super helpful.

I had a bit of a mix-up myself when I accidentally ordered from Simplee Beautee out of China. It took a while for my order to arrive (about two months), but it did eventually come and everything was in good condition. I was a bit nervous about it, especially since I've been dealing with some tough stuff lately (family drama, cancer treatment, etc.), but it all worked out in the end.

So yeah, just be careful when you're ordering and make sure you're getting what you want. And don't worry too much if your order takes a while to arrive - it's probably just on a slow boat from China!

I got more stuff than I asked for from Tru Alchemy and they charged me for it. I only wanted 2 bottles of Simple Beauty eye creme, but they charged me for more stuff I didn't say I wanted. I tried to contact them through email, but it didn't work. They don't give a phone number either. I had to post on their social media to get a response. They said they would send me a label to return the extra stuff, but they never did. They said the problem was fixed, but I still haven't gotten a label. The email they sent me to rate their service didn't work if I said I was really unhappy. I talked to a person named *** Flores, but they didn't give me an order number.

I said no thanks, but then I got an email saying I bought those extra items anyway! I tried to cancel everything and let them know what was up, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They said they'd try to help, but then they went and shipped everything out before they even responded to my emails. And when I tried to call them, they had me on hold for like half an hour! Finally got through, but it was too late. They said sorry, but there was nothing they could do. Now I gotta wait for them to send me a label so I can send everything back. What a hassle! Honestly, this company seems pretty shady to me. Watch out for their sneaky tactics!

I found Tru Alchemy on Facebook and decided to check out their products. I added one item to my cart and paid with PayPal. However, I was charged for two items that I didn't even want or need. I tried to contact the company for a return label and refund, but my emails were not accepted. They also put me on automatic shipments for these products without my authorization. I had to cancel the auto payment myself. I hope to get my money back for the Spot Check and Eye Elixir products.
