Have contacted business repeatably about illegal business using my home address for insurance fraud. Continue to receive letters addressing Mullett Tek Inc at my home address when no such business exists.

Mullett Tek Inc may have used this address in the past, but it is a residential house we bought 8 years ago. The business has not existed at this location at least since that time.

Desired outcome: Remove and terminate [redacted] insurance claim at [redacted] since no business has been at this location in over 8 years.
