I am a 26 yr customer of Erie Insurance. A tree fell on my home. I opted for the Property Repair Program and it's horrible. Its been a month and I have yet to receive a repair schedule. Initially, I had to find a tree removal service myself because the representative was ill equipped an uneducated to find a reputable and equipped contractor for days. For daya I was without power with a tree on my house. Since then it has not gotten better. Constant requests for updates. Constant miscommunication. I always spoke highly of Erie Insurance. Never again. They have fallen.

Recommendation: Do Not Use Erie Insurance Property Repair Program!!!
