Epson review: Worst, most expensive printer I've ever purchased!

I purchased a WF-2960 on 5/1/5/25. Since then, it's been nothing but trouble. It eats ink. I have to replace the color ink cartridges every 4-6 weeks, and I only print about 3 sheets of color flyers per month. On top of that, the colors don't come out true. In other words, a color that looks purple on the screen comes out pink on paper. In addition, the black ink tends to easily distort on the page as the black cartridge doesn't feed cleanly. So I have to run printer diagnostics, which eats up more ink. This printer is the worst printer that I've ever had in my life! It's a money pit and unreliable. I complained to customer service and they wouldn't replace it because it was out of warranty. They don't get that the machine was defective from day one!
