Epson review: Epson eco tank 2850 failed after two years

Eco tank et 2850 failed to print color within one and a half years. I used the maintainence feature to clean the heads and nozzles. Problem persisted. I called tech support. I was told the problem was my desktop computer not the printer. I then connected the printer via optical cable to my laptop and the problem persisted. My conclusion: the printer is of poor quality and the tech support is also useless.
