Entergy Arkansas review: Billing totally inacccurate and without legal notice

Entergy tired to autop debit but account at bankhad been closed and another opened over fraud issue. I NEVER received any notice from Entergy about the lack of payment til email threat of imminent termination. I have now corrected account bank number but still getting threatening emails. What is wrong with your management? You jerks! No Notice - I paid and it would not register ON YOUR END. So I paid two months BEFORE due and maybe your people at Enetrgy can get that right. Hopeless ineptitude.
