Out of the blue, enercare started charging me for a water heater I do not have. I called and complained. Over they sent a technician, who confirmed there's no water heater here. Enercare still charging me every month. I call again. They now want a copy of my house deed. Sure, here you are. Enercare still charging me. I call again. They say they did not receive my email. Really? Here's your email receipt. Enercare still charging me. This is infuriating. Should I call my lawyer?!

Desired outcome: Pay me back and stop charging me
