I have been a Enercare customer for over 6 years. I was previously with the local company which was bought over by Enercare. Since being bought over the customer service through ENERCARE is HORRIBLE.
Their customer service number routes the call to a call center in Columbia. The representatives in Columbia are polite but cannot help because when they call Enercare in Toronto they do not pick up the call either.
I had a service booked for my A/C today and the service was booked online. I received confirmation by e-mail but no one showed up during the given 4 hour window provided. As per past experience I had also called customer service this morning and they had confirmed all in order and the technician would be there as per schedule. Based upon the confirmation I thought this was all in order. Alas, I was mistaken as no technician turned up.
Recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE ENERCARE FOR AN Y SERVICES
