HORRIBLE SERVICE!
BUYER BEWARE
I had a Technician come to fix my hot water tank!
The guy was an [censored]!
Not only did he not fix the problem, he's yelling at me that he is fixing my hot water tank and not to stand over him!
I tell him not to yell at me, that this is my home and I have every right to stand there and watch what he's doing and that I'm not standing over him, I'm standing 4 feet away form him!
He doesn't fix the problem, and leaves my condo.
I call Enercare and file a complaint, I 'm told I will get a reply back in 1 -2 business days!
I don't get a call back, so 3 days later I call again and I am told I will get a reply by end of business day!
I don't get a call back!
I call again the next day and after being put on hold numerous times and bounced around, I am told that the field manager for the POS technician has resolved the issue.
The resolution!
That I was rude and abusive to the technician and that Enercare will no longer service my hot water tank!
That's what you get from Enercare!
