I do not have hot water. I called january 31st . They said that they can not send someone out for 10 days! the appointment would be february 10th! so, no shower in the dead of winter for 10 days! unacceptable. I told the service person, who was difficult to understand, to escalate the request. I called again the next day, february 1st. Still no better date. Must i stay in a hotel? in a civilized counrty, we bathe!
