I have a brand new car under full warranty and he wants to know if any thing is wrong with the car or why i'm looking for extended warranty! He is not a salesman or comedian. Just ask common sense questions and give the customer what they ask for like premium package for 6 yrs — total windbag-waste of time - I cannot believe they hire a beligert idiot-
