Endurance Warranty Services - Auto warranty

I bought a 60 month warranty for my 2009 Mercedes Benz on March 21, 2019 in the amount of $4067. I sold the car and cancelled the warranty in August 2022. There were 17 months left on the contract. I asked for a refund for the balance of that time. On November 2022, after several months of constant calls to the Customer Service, I received a check in the amount of $316.98, without a letter and no explanation of how they had arrived at that amount. I held on to the check and did not deposit. Instead I sent them a Certified Letter asking for an explanation of their calculation. I ultimately sent 3 Certified Letters and received no response. The check expired after 90 days, so I sent it back to them. To date they have made no attempt to contact me. Their Customer Service leaves a lot of be desired. They make it very difficult to get thru and leave you on hold and/or transfer you to many different depts. In addition this company, is unethical. I told them that I was going thru cancer treatments and needed my money. Still to attempts to make this right.

Desired outcome: I want the money owed me and how they arrived at that calculation.

Endurance Warranty Services - They won't fix my transmission problem

My 2015 genisis developed a vibration. I paid $3099 for the best warranty recommended by vestavia auto sales. I took the car to the dealer. After leaving it there for a while they put it up in the air and said the driveshaft was wobbling and we would have to wait for an agent from the warranty company to come. In the meantime I should drive the car. He eventually came and said the driveshaft was vibrating at the transmission. And I needed a new transmission. The trans was the original problem but the original driveshaft was not the problem at all, but since I drove the car a few miles around town endurance or apex refusus to pay for the transmission which is $6000. They say that since I drove the car it voids the warranty.. My point is that the trans was the original trouble. It was mis diagnosed in the original inspection. Now I have to get $6k til I get these thieves to court. I hope I can cancel my the remander of the warranty and get some money back

The people at endurance are like zombies. They talk like robots and are totally inflexible. Beware of endurance warranties or apex warranties.

Endurance Warranty Services - Warranty fraud

They wrote me a policy with higher mileage on it than what the car had then I had a claim they refused due to wrong mileage wrote new policy was going to transfer all my money from old policy to new policy didn't happen Levon Sparks is the one who wrote the new policy took 4 whole days on hold 30 hours of holding finally canceled I think they wouldn't send anything in writing about anything the repair refusal the info I supposedly sent them NOTHING! Not even the cancelation All I want is my repair money back and for writing a fraudulent policy brought to the courts I wrote the Attorney General here in Alabama maybe they will expose them. Im disabled and they beat me up so badly verbally trying to cancel and solve this matter. All I got was rude and nasty customer service

Desired outcome: Want my repair money back and all my money in to policy plus 3000 for the stress it has put on my life

Endurance Warranty Services - Endurance warranty

I already have an extended warranty for my vehicle from the dealership where I bought the car. These people are constantly bothering me, trying to sell me a warranty, saying my car is not covered and I have to buy their coverage. I have read the reviews and am not impressed with them. I can see from these reviews they are just scam artists and have asked them numerous times to please quit bothering me. All they do is appear to drop the price a few bucks and send me another scam letter.

Desired outcome: Cease and desist all "sales" attempts

Endurance Warranty Services - Unethical behavior

My van broke down, and I called customer service and spoke with a "call center". He verified my coverage and I called the towing company. The tow is supposed to be covered at 100% within 25 miles. They covered $50 of a $390 tow. I had to pay more than $330 out of pocket.

They then tried to get out of the claim by saying my van was being used commercially despite the fact I am disabled and the van is finished inside including a leather sofa in it! After submitting pictures, we finally got past that.

Weeks went by before they authorized a teardown of the transmission to verify cause of failure (again to see if they can get out of it). More time goes by and after more than a month they authorize repairs.

Vehicle has been fixed for more than two weeks and no payment to the dealer for repairs. I called, the dealer called, now we are at them waiting for return of the old transmission (core return).

It has been two whole months since I have had my vehicle (a $20, 000 van im making payments on)!

I spoke to them today demanding that they pay and get my van back to no avail. So I am complaining about them everywhere I can to save others the same despair as I have experienced.

The core return is their fault as they did not furnish return instructions to the dealer until yesterday. Now I still wait.

Desired outcome: Warn as many people as possible about this company and get my vehicle repairs paid for.

Endurance Warranty Services - Mail

Constant mail addressed to my husband (Endurance Customer Code: A1188850278) who is deceased as of 4-3-19. The latest letter was received on 7-8-20. This company is continually mailing letters to him and then following up with unsolicited phone calls (our telephone number is registered on the Do Not Call List) from spoofed telephone numbers indicating they are from the "warranty department" and that he should have received a letter in the mail regarding car warranty services.

This needs to stop immediately! If they do not cease and desist, I will file a formal complaint with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau!
