Turtle Wax Customer service

I was a loyal customer of Turtle Wax since ordering product from their online store in July, 2023. My first experience fell short of expectations as I did not receive my complete order. I only received 2 of 4 items. After I had contacted Turtle Wax Customer Support, I was told that a Customer Service Representative would make contact with me within 3-5 days... that never happened.

Although Turtle Wax failed on my first order, I wanted to give the company a benefit of doubt. However, following several orders there after, Turtle Wax continued to either deliver damaged product or incomplete their delivery orders. After repeated complaints to the company for the same issues, Turtle Wax still was not able to resolve the problems with their deliveries and/or order fulfillments.

The final and last order occurred on 8-14-2023. I I placed an order (40692) for Hybrid Solutions Pure Shine Detailer 20 fl oz (x3) for $60.00, Mister Cartoon Slick Wash & Wax 48 oz (x2) $27.98, Hybrid Solutions Scratch Repair Kit (x1) $22.00 with tax of $7.08 (Discount $24.19) = $92.87. I received the order and AGAIN Turtle Wax failed to provide adequate packing which resulted in damaged parcel and product smashed.

FURTHERMORE, the order was INCOMPLETE AS THE PACKAGE DELIVERED DID NOT INCLUDE THE 3 Hybrid Solutions Pure Shine Detailer 20 fl oz and ONLY 1 Mister Cartoon Slick Wash & Wax 48 oz AND 1 EMPTY BOTTLE THAT WITH A LID THAT WAS UNFASTENED!

This is so disappointing! Turtle Wax still have not responded to my other complaints that I filed back on 7-9-2023 and 7-13-2023.

Needless to say, after I had filed numerous complaints to Turtle Wax it appear that Turtle Wax had blocked my phone number and continue to ignore my emails.

Be that as it may, this is the worst service I have ever experienced by a known company doing business in America.

Desired outcome: I'm not sure if I would even waste my time and effort requesting Turtle Wax to resolve the many problems I had to experience.

Turtle Wax Offer received

TRIPLEBOGOF email from Liverpool item was £30-00 mixed selection of products by one get one free but discount code above wouldn’t work on checkout.Lauren said she forwarded my concerns to Ashley in the US now over two weeks still issues have not been resolved why is this also what is wrong with turtle wax customer service showing lack of by not responding t your customers more quickly this is one way to loose returning customers.The feedback page online makes things not looking good for you nearly every one is regarding the lack of customer service

Desired outcome: A positive outcome to my concerns over discount codes falling to work on checkout.

Turtle Wax Turtle wax hybrid solutions ceramic polish&wax

I recently purchased your hybrid solutions ceramic polish&wax. I read the directions and followed them thoroughly! 100% exactly as the label directed me to. After I completely applied the product to my Cadillac Escalade everything was going well until it was time to wipe the product off! I've never in my life had a more difficult time getting the smearing to stop. After several attempts I had no choice but to spend upwards of $275 just to have it professionally stripped off of my vehicles paint. I love turtle wax products and I've always been a huge support and buyer of your other products. I am very upset and rather disappointed with my purchase. Not to mention having to spend almost $300 just to get this junk off of my paint. I would really like to be reimbursed for the cost of this due to the rather hyped up description of this ceramic polish wax. It nearly ruined my paint. Please someone please get back to me. I am hoping there can be a resolution to this $275 unnecessary cost to remove your polish off of my cadillac escalade paint without the need of legal help. Turtle Wax Hybrid ceramic spray

I have applied this wax twice, as directed, and both times the water stayed on the hood of my 2018 silverado! It was WORSE than my Canuba wax! I got it on amazon for 13.49, and it performed worse than any coating so far. I know it's only 13+ dollars, but it feels like Iwas sold a bill of goods...can I get a refund, as I'll gladly send it back!...Sam Caloiaro

Turtle Wax Wheel/tire cleaner (neon green bottle)

I've had an ongoing claim with Turtle Wax for almost 2 months now. I've tried several times to contact them leaving them msgs with multiple representatives & e-mails & not once have they contacted me to fill me in as to what's going on with my claim! One of their products (tire/wheel cleaner in neon green bottle) ruined my alloy rims on my car with several drip mark like stains all over. I sent in all the proper info, pics & left over wheel/tire cleaner. I did everything I was asked to & spend $30 just to send all the necessary items asap. Anyways, I've been told countless times now that someone would reach out to me & that hasn't been the case at all! I'm 45 yrs old & have been buying their products religiously since my very first car. I've Definitely been one hell of a loyal customer & can't even imagine how much money I've spent on Turtle Wax products! I find it hard to believe this is how they treat a really good customer for soo many years & to just leave me in the dark with a serious ongoing issue, it's just not right at all!

Turtle Wax Customer service after the sale

I purchased a new (newer) car on 8/6/2020, an Infiniti Q60. The color is what Infinite calls Majestic White, a beautiful color. The car had been thoroughly detailed and made ready for sale. With this beautiful paint finish I knew I would need the best maintenance product(s) available. After literally days of scouring the internet and watching countless videos and reading as many reviews I settled on Turtle Wax Ice Spray Wax and the Ice Seal and Shine, both in the improved formula. I was actually torn between those products and what seemed to be identical products by McGuire's. Turtle Wax won the toss! The deciding factor was a video I saw where Michael Schultz, Senior VP of R&D with Turtle Wax and Darren Herbert, Chief Marketing Officer were championing Turtle Wax products with particular focus on the Improved Formulas. To me it was impressive that those two gentlemen not only owned but promoted the effectiveness of their products. I bought both products directly from the Turtle Wax website. When they arrived after reading the labels thoroughly I was still left with a couple of questions pertaining to layering, which product to apply first, curing time between applications if layering, etc. This is where my complaint starts. I called customer service (the first time) and spoke with a gentlemen that seemed ‘somewhat' knowledgeable. After speaking with him I didn't feel completely comfortable mainly because most of what I got from him was more of basically agreement to what I was saying about the products. So I called again and got a female customer service rep who during our conversation it became very clear to me she knew nothing about the products. She did say she would have a technician call me within 24-48 hours to discuss my questions. So I waited. Two days later still no call. So I called back again (3rd call) and got a different female customer service rep. This rep actually appeared to get a little indignant when I pushed her for information about the products that she wasn't providing. That conversation ended rather abruptly with her telling me yet again that a technician would call me within 24-48 hours. I am still waiting for a call from a technician as a result of final two the calls I made to Turtle Wax customer service. It's apparent those calls are not coming. I can't begin to tell you what a bad taste this kind of service after the sale leaves in the mouth of a customer. Not only the ineptness and lack of product knowledge the reps possess but on top of that, and maybe more important, the promise made for a follow up calls that went unfulfilled. Customers can deal with a lesser perfect product if they have a customer support structure in place that is willing and knowledgeable to assist them. I'm pretty sure that the level of customer support I received from Turtle Wax would do more than just raise an eyebrow from Mr. Schultz and Mr. Herbert. I'll close by saying the thought keeps rattling around in my brain that maybe I should have gone with McGuire's instead. Maybe their support after the sale (if needed) would have been better. Hard to imagine that they could have been any worse.

Turtle Wax turtle wax luxe leather

I have similar complaint as other blogger. This product was used to clean my leather and dash. There was overspray on my speedometer lenses. I used on 2 cars. It claims it is safe on plastic.

Despite 2 months of sending the product to them, pictures of damae, TW testing and back and forth they denied my claim. I used no other product to clean leather on my new car. Don't use this product. It is like using acid to clean your leather and obviously will damage your plastic. Again, Turtle Wax does not back up their products and surely they know the damage their products can cause.

The one pic I have shown is the one with the least damage. My Lexus damage was considerable.

Turtle Wax express shine

This product ruined the paint on all the flat surfaces of my car. Two days after application according to directions on the bottle, it rained here and huge white water spots formed on the hood, trunk, and roof. These would not come off with cleaner wax or rubbing compound. I contacted the company and they ignored my complaint until I filed a formal claim for damages based on a detail shop wet sanding the whole car to remove this stuff. The estimates I got were $250 and $350. Turtle wax denied my claim saying their product couldn`t have caused the damage. They do not stand behind their products .
