I gave them all the money for a motor and they said it would be ready in 3 days. But it's been 3 and a half weeks now and I can't reach anyone. When I finally manage to talk to someone and ask for a refund or something, they just hang up on me.

Stay away from this business! We bought a motor from them for $2000, but it was never delivered. They took our money and never gave us the part. They tried to sell us the wrong motor, and when we returned it, they promised to send us a check for a full refund. However, we never got the check. Now we have to go to court to get our money back. I don't understand how these people manage to stay in business.

Fast Auto Wrecking & Towing LLC ain't no good, I tell ya! They done sold me the wrong dang part, and when I asked 'em for a refund or a replacement, they flat out refused! That Alex fella, he's the owner, and let me tell ya, he's a smooth talkin' con man. Can't trust a word he says!

I called this business and bought some parts for my car. The guy I talked to told me to pay upfront for the parts, using Zelle. I sent $2764.00 on November 7, 2022. After that, the guy said he would call me when the parts are ready for pick up. But I haven't received any calls. I've tried calling them back several times, but no one answers. It seems like this business is only interested in taking people's money without delivering the goods.

I bought a part from Fast Wrecking and they asked me to pay upfront using Zelle. After a week, they told me that the part they pulled was incorrect and that the right one is twice as expensive. I requested a refund, but it's been three weeks and nothing has happened. I called and spoke with ***, who took my information, but now they're not answering the phone. I went online to check the reviews and it seems like this business has been involved in illegal activities for a long time. I'm certain it has been reported, but no action has been taken.

On January 30th, 2023, I wrote a check for $1850.00 to Fast Auto Wrecking. Their employee was supposed to pick up and deliver an engine within 2 weeks. The check got cashed the next day. However, it's now March 15th, 2023, and I still haven't received the engine. They keep making promises, but hardly ever pick up the phone. Surprisingly, they still have the exact part listed for sale on several websites that they manage.

In June 2022, I bought a part for my *** vehicle from Fast Auto Wrecking & Towing LLC. I went to their yard and paid in cash. The guy there said he didn't have change and owed me $50. I live nearby, just a block away, and he promised to bring the money to me. But every time I went to the yard, sometimes when it wasn't even open, he made excuses and still hasn't paid me back the $50 he owes. Right now, I'm waiting in his lot, and he's running really late. I'm starting to wonder if he'll even show up today.

Fast Auto Wrecking was contacted by phone for an engine that was listed for sale on Car-Part.com. The seller said they had the engine as described in the listing and could make it available for pickup within a certain timeframe. They requested payment through Cash-App instead of a credit card due to a banking system transition. However, when the engine was supposed to be ready, it wasn't. I asked for a refund, but it was refused. They also refused to respond to my emails, and every time I called seeking restitution, they came up with a new excuse. Fast Auto Wrecking owes me $1550.00 for the 2.4L turbocharged V70 engine with VIN 56 that was promised. It's concerning that even after 4 months, this engine is still listed for sale, which confirms their intention to defraud.

On 12/24, I bought an engine for a 2007 Dodge 1500 from Fast Auto Wrecking in Battleground WA. It cost me $2,638.65, and I did get a receipt. I've been trying to get my engine by making several calls and visits to their shop, but as of 5/5, I still haven't received it. The owner has given me various excuses like "I need to wait for eight cars before I can bring out the truck," "I hurt my leg," "The guy is getting it from Oregon," and so on. He keeps saying "one more week" or "two more days, you've been patient." I asked for a refund and was promised that I would get it back if the engine wasn't delivered by Friday. However, many Fridays have passed, and I haven't received the engine or my money back. :( I strongly advise against doing business with Fast Auto Wrecking in Battle Ground Washington as they have taken my money, $2,638.65.

I called Fast Auto Wrecking to order an engine that was posted on car-parts.com, a site I've used before. I talked to *** on a Friday afternoon and asked about the engine. He said if I send him the money through Cashapp, he would send the engine out first thing the following Monday. It's been one month and I still haven't received my engine. I called him about a week and a half ago, and he said my engine was ready to ship the following Monday. I still haven't received the engine. By the way, he still hasn't asked for a shipping address. Today is Friday, October 21st, and I drove 440 miles to get my money back from him. I'm going to confront him in person and ask for my money back. We'll see how that plays out in a few minutes. I read a few reviews that said he gets aggressive in this type of situation. Aggressive or not, he is NOT going to keep my money, period.

On Saturday, May 4, Alex from Fast Auto Wrecking & Towing LLC agreed to replace the engine in my 2004 Ford F150, Vin # ***. He collected Two Thousand dollars (Check # ***) and picked up my truck for the engine swap. He promised to finish the work within 2 weeks from May 4.

On May 14, I sent Alex/Fast Auto Wrecking & Towing LLC a reminder and followed up with multiple calls and text messages on June 19, June 22, June 24, and June 26, but I didn't receive a positive response. (see attached text messages)

On July 5, Alex/Fast Auto Wrecking & Towing LLC promised to complete the work by July 9, and assured me that if it wasn't done by July 10, they would return my check/money. However, the date passed, and I didn't receive either my money or my truck back.

On November 12, Alex/Fast Auto Wrecking & Towing LLC informed me that they couldn't fix the truck and offered to buy it instead. They gave me a check (check number ***) as payment.

On October 25th, I gave a ring to this company to inquire about a part I needed to fix my car. I had a chat with Alex, who assured me that he had the part and would send it over to me the following day. I transferred the funds to his wife Larisa's phone using ZELLE. We made numerous calls to Alex, but he kept coming up with excuses as to why the part hadn't been shipped. Eventually, he claimed that it had been sent but returned due to an incorrect address. When we requested a refund, he flat out refused to give our money back. He promised to resend the part, but it never arrived, and each time we called him, he had a new excuse for the delay. This frustrating cycle repeated itself multiple times, with Alex assuring us that he would deliver the part but refusing to refund our money. Just last Wednesday, he once again made excuses and said he would reimburse us, but he hasn't followed through. We called him this morning, and he said he would return the money but wasn't sure when or how he could manage it. We informed him that we would be filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, to which he responded with a careless "I don't care"! All we want is our money back so that we can find the part elsewhere and get our car up and running again.

I've been trying for months to get a refund, but it's been a real pain. I've called them so many times, but they keep giving me the runaround. They promise to call me back, but they never do. Today, my daughter and I called again and talked to this guy named Alex. I told him I never got the transmission, but they still charged my credit card. He quickly said he sent it, but it got returned to them. When I asked for the order number, he said he didn't have it and would call me back on Monday. He didn't even ask for my number! Then he wanted my address to check the order number and said he would call me back. This guy was so rude on the phone and didn't explain why he charged my card when I never got the transmission. It's really frustrating!
