I immediately emailed them as requested just to find out if they truly intended to be helpful or if they simply wanted to create the illusion of being helpful for future customers. This was about a week ago and crickets. (I am shocked *sarcasm*) It just further illustrates my point. You have better odds playing the lottery than getting help from this company.
*Original*- If I could leave less stars, I would. They are absolute crooks. They bait you in with promises of quick,easy, and hassle free processes but the minute that payment processes, the tune changes. Absolute zero help by customer service. They are rude and disrespectful. I had to file a claim on a problem I experienced, they took forever to process it while my truck sat in a shop disassembled. They denied it based on some vagueness in their contract that I believe they intentionally build in to the contract as a fail safe for any denied claim. I talked with their claim department multiple times and got multiple stories. Each "specialist" just as rude as the last. I finally had to pay the shop for the diagnosis and fixed the problem myself in my drive way on Christmas. I cancelled my contract and had them try to talk me out of it, transfer it, other options, offered to help me source parts, which may sound helpful but how can they expect someone to pay for all these parts while also paying for their services? It's a joke. After canceling and paying them about $1000 over 7 months, they take 4 months to process my request, which took me calling multiple times to check on. I could never get a straight answer about when I could receive my refund or even a straight answer. They were rude and made me out to be the weirdo for expecting a refund in a timely manner. Until yesterday, I never could get a straight answer about how much my refund was because of their mysterious calculation about what portion of my money that they will be gracious enough to bless me with. Apparently, my portion is about a third of what I paid in. The saga hasn't ended, I guess we'll see what shenanigans happens when/if I actually get my rations in the mail. I absolutely cannot fathom how a company like this stays in business because with as many times as I was treated with the disrespect and their general business practice, the only way they can still be in business is through general crookedness. If you are reading this and thinking of this as a viable option, run. Run like the wind. There's no peace of mind here. I had to pay for all vehicle repairs that you might be concerned about paying in addition to paying them. They were nothing more than a parasite on my bank account.
Recommendation: Save your money, stress, time, frustration, look elsewhere
