I purchased an extended warranty through Endurance warranty in 2022 for a 2019 Nissan Sentra and a 2015 Nissan Altima. My Sentra went down from a transmission issue last week 12/8/25 and I took the vehicle to Nissan of McKinney in Texas. Upon inspection from an endurance claims person they sf used they would only pay out the limits of liability which is 48.46 based of NADA rules for trade in value. I'm not trying to trade the vehicle in I'm trying to get it repaired based off my meeting the terms of my contact (155k mileage or 12/6/26), I purchased an extended warranty in order to protect my vehicles once they are out of warranty.
Endurance is refusing to fix my car under the co yrs t I have in place. I paid them more than they have paid out in claims on my vehicle. They are stating they will not pay based off limits of liability being met on their end and claims paid out on the car as of date. if I did not keep the oil and tire rotations etc. one car that would have violated the contract. Now they are using the contract claims against me as they believe they have paid out all they should at this point.
Claimed loss: Over 10k
Desired outcome: Repair my vehicle or pay me for my balance of the vehicle.
