I started this policy late June 2025 after returning from a year long deployment. I had a policy prior that had elapsed in September 2024. I have had no issues previously with the company and called to restart the process.
On, 20Oct, I took my car the the Mercedes dealership for an issue I was having. I was told it was the fuel pump. I called to verify with Endurance and was told I was covered. This dealership sent over the warranty request . An adjusted was sent out and the claim was denied due to my tires being -5 inches bigger and lack of maintenance. I sent every maintenance document that I could source and even offered to send my military orders to document that I was not in the USA. I have paid my bill consistently , never late . I called the company and I was told that I have aftermarket equipment on my vehicle and that I would need to upgrade my warranty which would incur another $500 fee on to the initial contract, and then I won't be denied again. This would reset my 30 day and 1000 mile; waiting period before I could start a claim. I know that I am no the only military person who will fall victim to this. Over the phone one of the managers declared that they were told "sometime military leaves their car with people". That was not my case and this was expressed initially starting this contract. This didn't become an issue until they would fulfil their portion of the contract. As it stands I have been paying money monthly for services, they never were going to render because of aftermarket tires that have been on the car. The rtires have nothing to do with the fuel pump!
Claimed loss: I was with out my car for a week as it waited at the delearship. The dealership waived the diagnostic fee yet I still have a monthly premium due to the warranty company that won't cover my parts.
Desired outcome: The desired outcome would be that a military clause is written. The repair be made because it is within warranty. I request a phone call from the company once this remedied. I want to maintain my monthly premium; and the tires be annotated.
