Endurance Warranty Services review: Avoid at all costs!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They will bill you even after you cancel your plan with them. I cancelled my extended warranty within 24 hours of purchasing it, via phone AND writing, which was within my right to do with their so-called “30 day money-back guarantee”. If you sign up to get a quote they call you within minutes to get you to purchase but when calling to cancel you will get transferred to five different departments all of which who will tell you, “let me transfer you to the right department.” I received a refund for the initial premium I paid within a few one business day of cancelling, however, the company still drafted a payment the following month. I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company and won. I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the federal trade commission as well. Just Google "endurance warranty class action lawsuit" and you'll see how they've lied to customer after customer.
