I purchased an extended auto warranty with Endurance. My oil pump went out on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Endurance asked for my last three oil change receipts which I provided promptly. The middle receipt had stated mileage less than the first receipt. Obviously a clerical error at dealer who performed oil change. Dealer acknowledged error and tried calling Endurance and also wrote letter stating such. Endurance still denied the claim on a technicality. The vehicle was maintained correctly but they were looking for excuse.

Claimed loss: $3800

Desired outcome: Pay for repair or refund cost of warranty.
