Approximately October 2022, I took out an auto extended warranty with Endurance. In December 2022, I took my truck to dealership for repairs. Endurance denied the claim because they did there was a mileage discrepancy when the policy was written. They said it was written for 245,000 miles and 2 days before I took out coverage the company was saying there was 252,000 miles. I told them 254,000 miles when I took out policy and that someone transposed numbers. Thy still refused to honor policy and then rewrote it for correct mileage. I ended up paying $3,000 for repairs. After this, I took truck back for other repairs and then once again claim denied stating that the title was a salvage title. I sent copy of title to BBB showing that it was not a salvage title. I am yet to get those repairs done nor have I gotten any refund for payments made.

Later my friend took out some repair insurance with this company and took car for repairs and agin they denied claim due to mileage discrepancy stating someone rolled odometer back. This is a scam company and all they want is your money.

Desired outcome: We want out vehicles fixed according to policy.
