I purchased 2 bags online from this company. Received them, account charge as described, BUT later on my credit card was another charge. When I inquired this company stated that it was a membership fee. No where did I sign for membership fee. They GENEROUSLY offered to refund half of the fee.
I have received no resolution from this company other than half refund which I have yet to see.

Claimed loss: $29.99

Desired outcome: Refund of this fee in total.
