I don't leave views very often, but this is an exception as I hate to see people waste their money on items they are never going to receive.

Twice I have tried to order the same product from this company, thinking, and hoping, the first time I never received my order was just a fluke. It happens. Things get lost, and to boot, I was moving and starting to change my address over.

WRONG!

Even after sending an inquiry to support and being told my item would reship, to my new address since it never showed up the first time, I still never received my order. Eight months after I initially placed it.

Fast forward a year to February this year. I still want the product I tried to order the first time. So hey, me wanting to give the benefit of the doubt due to things still being slightly wack in places because of COVID, and the fact that I had been trying to move the first time, I place the order again.

It's now the end of August. After countless emails (there is conveniently no phone number) to customer service that never got a reply, I still do not have my order, nor did I get any reply about a refund. Either time I inquired about a refund.

Do not make my mistakes. This company is a straight up scam. Do not order from them. Do not give them your money. You won't ever see it again and it's probably going to nothing good.
