Was terrible. My dog almost got strangeld by their one working elavator. Staff watched me struggle to leave after it happened and I had to carry everything doen the stairs with my dog. Nobody, except guests, asked if I was okay. Said they wanted to refund my night I left but I spent 3 hours with a third party only to nfind out I booked thru them, they acted like they were doing me a favour. We stay at embassy suites 10 times a year. Never again.

Recommendation: GO ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES THE ONE NEAR PERIMETER MALL IN ATLANTA
