Embassy Suites review: A charge I was told they would not charge me

September 10 to 17 they didn’t do what they said they would do and not charge me the 35$ per day extra At check in I was told that they would remove resort charges of 35$ a night for 7 days because I was not aware of these charges when I booked the stay but when I received my statement on email the charges were on it and the charged my credit card I talked to the manager by email but she will only take one night of charges off I’m upset that the ladies that told me I would not be charged for all the nights are not holding up to what they told me
