joe's auto sales is the worst place to buy a car. i had a terrible experience there and would never recommend it to anyone. the people who work there are so rude and disrespectful. if you can't talk to people nicely, you shouldn't be selling cars. stay away from this place!

I got a 2007 Toyota Avalon from Joe's Auto Sales, Inc. last year and they said it was all good, but it's been back 4 times 'cause the A/C ain't workin'. I paid my car payment on time, but now I wanna give it back 'cause it's costin' me too much. They overprized it, sayin' it was $7000, but the paperwork shows they financed $15050.65 with a finance charge of $5622.78 and total payments of $20722.43. They didn't even give me receipts or paperwork for the repairs they did on the A/C or my car payment. It's makin' me spend more 'cause I gotta get an Uber every time I take it in and I ain't comfortable with that 'cause of COVID-19. I can't afford to drive my son around in a car with no A/C 'cause he's got asthma.

Hey, I'm *** and I bought a 2015 *** Sonata from Joes Auto Sales. My car was having some problems so I took it to Joes to get it checked out. They couldn't fix the issue, which was the "Timing Chain". So, my insurance company, which is connected to my loan, sent me to *** to get it fixed. I had to wait for 2 months for the service to be completed. When I finally got my car back, the Check Engine light was still on. I called *** and asked them why. The mechanic, *** said that the code that came back was a Cam Shaft Solenoid, which is a sensor. So, I took it back to Joes Auto's and the mechanics, *** and ***, replaced it but it didn't fix the problem. After driving it for a few months, my car just stopped working. I asked another mechanic to take a look at it and I had to tow it to ***. The same codes from the Timing Chain came back again. They had it towed back to ***. They have now had my car for another 2 months and it still hasn't been repaired. When I went to get a few things out of my car, I saw that it was just sitting there with no one taking a look at it. I asked Joes to contact *** to see what the issue is and I even asked if they could put my payments on hold until we figure out what's wrong. Neither company is cooperating with me and I really need help.

I went to joes auto sales on Oct 9th 2021 to look at a car. *** showed me some cars and I agreed to purchase a 2010 *** Accord for $150/biweekly. I gave the down payment and purchased the car on 10/14. On 10/29, they tried to take $300 out for the first payment, but my payment was supposed to be $150/biweekly. I contacted the business and they said my payment was $300/biweekly. I can't afford that and asked for a refund, but they said they don't do that. The car has high miles and is overpriced. Multiple people at the business said the same thing. I need help to get my deposit back so I can return the car. I am a single mother of 3 young children and can't afford this payment. They were very unprofessional and rude. I need help. ETC Madison
