Tier 1 Auto Sales, LLC sold me a car that turned out to be a total lemon. They straight up lied and misled me about the condition of the car. And now, when I try to call them to resolve the issue, they won't even pick up the phone. It's a total nightmare dealing with these guys. Stay far away from Tier 1 Auto Sales, LLC if you value your money and sanity.

Don't deal with Tier 1 Auto Sales, LLC. They sold me a car that runs on natural gas without disclosing it. Nowhere in the contract does it say that the car runs on natural gas. The car also had a blown transmission, which they never disclosed. Their response to my complaint is completely bogus. No one inspected the car before selling it to me. I'm getting my attorney involved now. Go somewhere else to buy your car!

I give Tier 1 Auto Sales, LLC zero stars! I bought a truck for 15k and only drove it for 3 days before the engine light came on. I tried to take it back to Tier 1, but it broke down just 4 blocks away from the dealership. I called them for help, but they refused and hung up on me when I got upset. I walked to the dealership and when I confronted them, they threatened to call the police. Who wouldn't be upset? They didn't offer any help at all and said it wasn't their problem. I had to tow it to a mechanic and found multiple problems that will cost me another $3500 to fix. Don't go to these shady characters, run away!

Got a 2010 Mustang from Tier 1 Auto Sales, LLC. Drove less than 100 miles before engine light came on and steering wheel shook. Took it to their mechanic who said the car shouldn't have been sold. Differential was messed up and could have caused an accident. Asked for them to fix it, but they didn't want to. Warranty only covered 35%.

Got a car from Tier 1 Auto Sales in Gainesville. They used to be on Browns Bridge Rd but now they're on 308 Atlanta Hwy in Gainesville. The 2006 Honda CRV was on Carfax Dealers and it said it had a clean carfax (which it did), passed emissions, was clean, and in good shape. It looked good on the outside. They gave us a basic warranty with the car for 3 months. It looked great on the outside and inside, but we noticed some problems with needing new brakes and a possibly loose exhaust pipe. They said a mechanic looked at it to make sure it was okay after I left for a business appointment and before my husband and son picked it up. When my husband drove the car home to Roswell, he noticed bigger issues once on the freeway. It seemed like there was a suspension problem or wheel attachment problem. We went to Honda Carland for a recall and to see what needed to be done. They found that the car was completely rusty underneath on the inside. The attached photos are from a video taken by the Honda Carland mechanic. The drive shaft, struts, exhaust system are not safe to drive with. The car cost $6500 plus tax and fees, but it would need a XXXXX dollar rebuild. We took it to an experienced independent mechanic who confirmed the same thing. The frame is not okay and his shop will not touch the car. Both Honda and the independent mechanic confirmed that this car should not have been sold as a road safe or drivable car. Neither mechanic understands how the car could pass the emissions test in that condition, as it did. (Bribe?) We are out $7500 total for a car that cannot be fixed and the dealership does not care. Honda and the independent mechanic found the sales practice unethical and dangerous considering the condition of the vehicle. They recommended a return of the car for a refund because it is not what it was sold as - a drivable car. We had two conversations with Tier 1, but they didn't call back or show any willingness to solve this issue.
