Electronic Arts (EA) Origin

Origin is demanding account verification but not sending the verification code, rendering even customer support impossible to contact.

The issue is specifically with Origin, not any game. But, by demanding a verification code that EA never sends to log into Origin, every game that I purchased through the company for my PC can not be played.

Furthermore, as EA support demands the same account verification, I am unable to contact EA for help.

Desired outcome: Send the security code, or refund me the money I spent on all the games EA blocked me out of

Electronic Arts (EA) Dragon age origins ultimate edition

Dragon Age origins will not run. It crashes every time I finish character customization as the prologue begins. My PC meets system requirements so it should play, but no matter what I do, it always crashes before I can get to a spot to save. Windows and drivers are up to date. I've verified the integrity of the files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and even tried playing on compatibility mode with every version of windows. Nothing works.

In task manager, I set the game to run on 1 CPU to see if that helped, alongside low graphic settings. But it didn't work. Nothing is working. The game is unplayable.

EA.help.com has no helpful advice and there is no way to get in contact with an actual person who can help me figure this out. Can someone please tell what the problem is?

Electronic Arts (EA) EA app not launching steam games

The ea app is required to launch steam games (with I am okay with if it worked)
And I can't enjoy my games because the app won't launch my games.
It is not isolated to a single game nor series it goes for all games I own.
If I launch the game from the app or steam it keeps the app minimizing and poping up.
I have tried: uninstall and re-install; app recovery; restarting the app; signing out and in again.

Desired outcome: to have the issue fixed and being able to play my games

Electronic Arts (EA) Squadrons

I have had many issues with this game and have played less than a few hours on it.

I am now unable to use this game as it appears the Anti Cheat is not compatible with the Windows 11 security.

Other games using Anti Cheat do have any issues, so this means Anti Cheat for Squadrons appears to be the issue here.

Seeking information on when EA will fix this incompatibility and provide an update for it.

Desired outcome: EA to please fix the software issue with Anti Cheat incompatibility with latest Windows Security, or to provide a way to use Squadrons without having to use the incompatible Anti Cheat Software.

Electronic Arts (EA) Overcharged on pogo

Back in May I advised ea help that I was being overcharged on my pogo a/c. In April I renewed for another year for 39.99. Since then and going back into last year I am being charged 7.43 a month. I have detailed all pertinent facts to your help site via 130 emails back and forth. To you reps even agreed that I was being overcharged. Now tonight received an email which state they cannot find are discussions due to an issue. I really need someone to help me get this fiasco resolved.

Electronic Arts (EA) Tapped out

Google deleted my email, it was linked to EA tapped out, I've had numerous chat robots that have not been helpful asking for personal information like credit cards and my address which is not something I ever used, only my email, very unhelpful and being transferred to another without saying so. I'm still trying to recover my email with no luck, this was some hacking done I'm sure. But I can't sign in anywhere because my email was deleted and linked to EA, and I can't sign in or login anywhere that requires verification. It's not brain surgery, it's a game I've spent 12 years playing from when my son was young. On level 460, the ONLY game I play.

Desired outcome: Id appreciate it and asked to put my new email address so I can continue, a simple solution for something EA has turned into a nightmare

Electronic Arts (EA) EA made me jump through hoops and literally stole my account.

EA literally stole my account, due to my ISP closing down many years ago I had forgotten my email address for that ISP, I had multiple accounts on that setup, EA could not find my account due to this, I was told if I managed to remember my account to come back to them and they would sort it. Well I remembered recently and went back to sort it to be told that unless they could send an email to the now dead ISP that my account was linked to that I couldn't get the account back. Then I was told that "due to inactivity" EA had closed my account and regardless if I had access to that eMail address or not there is now no way I could get it back. There are games on there I have paid for and literally never played. EA may as well have reached into my wallet and stolen cash from me because that is effectively what they have done.

Desired outcome: I want my new account and my old account merged or at the very minimum access restored to my old account.

This company has to stop making football games you cannot make them the gameplay changes everyday it's f*** ridiculous all you do is con people out of money and make people gamble your a utterly wank company who has no clue about football I am sick of shouting at your piece of [censored] game because I have no control over the players its all wank AI crap this game has become worse and worse every year since FIFA 17 and you just disappoint every single person in the compunity..your next game will just be the same total crap game where the gameplay is unplayable and costs a fortune I tell you something it's a good thing I don't live near your headquarters because I would come bang all your heads together to make you realise the game is just god damn unplayable every single day

Electronic Arts (EA) EA Games Jedi Survivor

From the time I purchased the game May 5, 2023 until now I have written at least 10 EA Help requests. My computer was built primarily for that game with a 12th gen CPU, EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU, 32 Gb of D4 RAMM, 2-1TB M.2 SSD, 2-2TB 2.5 inch SSDs, ASUS H670Pro WiFi, Windows 11 Pro, with all updates up-to-date. I have been unable to download the game using the EA App since it first went live and have spent at least 30 hours in the attempt.

EA Help keeps sending me emails saying they would get back to me when they had more information, and when they had anything to suggest I accomplished them to no avail. Today, with the help of a builder/repair specialist we chatted with them. The rep even suggested downloading another game would somehow allow me to download the game. That also didn't work 13 Gb download later!

I told the representative that all I wanted to do was to have EA return my purchase money, $90 and that it appeared that they had no idea of how to fix the problem. The rep then told me that the company was well aware of the problem and that all I had to do was wait until they posted the fix. The rep. had no idea when that might be. I was then told that they would NOT return my purchase money because the "it wasn't eligible". No response was given as to why.

If, as the rep said, the company was well aware of the problem, they are responsible to fix it in a timely manner or return my money. The rep also would not allow us to put in a complaint. She said she would do that, and we would get an email confirming that from a "someone".

Desired outcome: Return my $90, admit publicly that their product was not ready when it was put on sale, and offer to return the purchase price. The gaming industry should pressure EA to fix what is broken and improve their obviously broken Support teams.

Electronic Arts (EA) Fifa 23/ customer support

EA wrongfully banned me from the FIFA 23 in game transfer for market on the game. I filed an Ea help case with them within hours of the wrongful ban. After a week of waiting, I elevated the complaint through an EA Advisor and was told the Terms of Service team would get back to me within 10 days "Maximum". After more than a month has passed and multiple times talking to advisors, I still have no resolution and have not received a single email or any other form of communication from the ToS team in response.

Desired outcome: Fix/reverse the ban. If not then i want full refund for every dollar invested into the game.

Electronic Arts (EA) EA Origin Sims4

Three weeks ago Origin updated, I am on a MAC so I am not on EA app, I still play through origin. After the update origin would no longer load? I didn't contact support at first, I thought it would work itself out. I tried to log in, still nothing, so I contacted EA. SinceI am only getting the same e-mail we know you are frustrated yada, yada. I did get one e-mail and I thought they would help my but instead I am now locked out of my EA account totally? I can't see the ticket, I can't log in, they have changed something, they don't answer. I have been a player of the Sims since Sims. I have so much money invested in this game, and yet when you contact EA they do nothing to make you whole or fix the problem, this is the fifth day I have gotten " We’re sorry to keep you waiting. We know it’s frustrating when you have a problem and need help. We'll email you and update your My Cases page as soon as we have new info. Thanks for sticking with us,

HOW does that help? I still can not load it, and no one at EA will tell me why they changed my password or whatever they did so I can't even get into my EA account, this has never happened until I handed EA my Origin log in. I want my account back, and an explanation as to why I can't get into my account or play my game? Is that to much to ask you don't get static e-mails with the same thing but no resolution! The photo I enclosed is what I have seen for weeks whenever I try to log in to Origin.

Desired outcome: I would like my Origin restored, my account returned, I would like to know why no real person has even bothered to contact me? Please return my EA account, and fix your issue!

Electronic Arts (EA) Madden 23

All my coins on my account where taken from me when many of those coins where earned with real hard earned money using my credit card/debt card to purchase points through ea store. This is not fair or just and is credit/debt fraud on electronic arts behalf. If they wanna take Coins fine, ban my account fine. But in turn its only fair I should be refunded all real money spent on my account as my purchases where essentially taken from me and can't use what I rightfully purchased this is fraud and stealing no matter how or what you wanna call it or look at it. I'm bout to lawyer up and bring this to the for front ea continues to do this to mass amounts of people and should not be allowed to do this to hard working Americans without consequences.

Electronic Arts (EA) EA games internet highjacking and malware

EA games destroyed several of my hard drives with a mock version of windows that was implanted due to malice. It all started 8 months ago when I downloaded the EA App. They first started downloading apps during gameplay, and then when I deleted the apps, they added malware, and highjacked my entire internet through remote access files, Bluetooth, hyperv, excessive camera files, drivers and thousands of files that were not windows all for spying purposes. They deleted my entire windows features and used their mock version of windows. When I complained to help desk I received auto messages. EA games uses several host files and controllers to access, destroy and implant information on my pc. They are using servers, and fictitious services implanted on windows 10 and 11. When I reset windows or download windows from usb or cd, they delete authentic windows files including search bar annd Microsoft store, and implant theirs upon start up. They are constantly changing permissions and adding app extensions and files during gameplay. They have deleted my ssl certificate so I can’t upload any spyware programs. They have destroyed my bios and deleted factory files. They have altered my spyware program and added their fictitious files so their criminal activity can go undetected. . They have destroyed audio by deleting sound and altering the registry. They have vandalized several of my PC’s through their sata controller. I have alerted authorities about their criminal internet highjacking technique as well. I am so appalled that a company can destroy all of my computers tied to my home network. They have destroyed our internet service and have basically blocked our access to the internet of any kind via internet. This is reprehensible and they should be arrested for this criminal internet intrusion and destruction of my property. This destruction has caused us thousands of dollars. I changed the modem several times and they are still harassing us through their servers.

Desired outcome: Stop implanting fake windows files on my router/modem and pc’s. repay me for the computers destroyed and money lost through their deliberate blocking of our internet service that I pay for monthly.

Hi, my name is Amy ash, and my email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Here is my phone number as well, can txt or call. I'd appreciate it. I've been having to file several claims about the problems to the Ea app email, which is only way, and they keep deleting my cases and emailing me saying, we are just checking in to see if the problems are resolved. I'm not trying to be rude, and I am addicted to your games as I have spent hundreds on them and add Ons over the years. I haven't played the sims games for over a year now because I didn't have time to play because of my job and school. I have time to play now, and it really bummed me out when the sims4 wont download now. It keeps saying there's an error on your end that stopped the download. so, I filed a case and got a link sent to my email and of all the cases no replies and no more help after that. I'm very shocked because you guys are such a big corporation. I've been very patient. I have more than enough space on my computer as well, and a strong internet connection. I bought this laptop for school and gaming. I am trying to get ahold of corporate for help, any help. Here are some attachments of the error messages for both games. the sims4 wont download so I cancelled the download and the sims 3 actually did download but then of course got message that an error on their end stopped the launch. Anyways I believe the sims4 download file somewhere there's a corruption in the file. Whole pieces of the game were disappearing as playing so I uninstalled and tried reinstalling. And as I said the sims3 wouldn't launch.

Desired outcome: I would like to play my games; I love the sims. I would like to get a refund for both games if not fixed. The sims4 was glitchy then got message saying there are deleted files everywhere in my OneDrive and its only sims files.

Electronic Arts (EA) Pogo

25-28th November 2022..paid twice for gems i didnt have...

on 26/11/22 they took money from me for 600+100 extra gems on a promo on pogo...i didn't get the gems...on the 28/11/22 i again paid for 600+100 gems for the same promo and did get them then they promptly were taken off...

I broke a TOS for a chargeback for gems i paid for and didn't receive on the 26/11/22 i tried the pogo help 3 times and got nowhere they wouldn't refund me or give me gems...i got punished by being banned...which i accept as it was my fault and i promptly said sorry and they let me have my account back...then a few days later i got banned again this time for no reason as i learned my lesson the first time and would never break anymore TOS...so i appealed and they let me back into my account in Dec...and up until March 1st i was happily playing...then anther ban came...which i have been in contact with them again...they refuse to overturn the ban as i they say i have made multiple chargebacks which is not true...i made 1 mistake and they keep punishing me for it after 19 years and 1 mistake they wont listen to my appeals...i accept i made a mistake but they let me back into my account but keep punishing me with bans with NO good reason...

You can see by my gems transactions from the 25/11/22 to 7/12/22 that they were taken off not added 1st ban took off 600 gems 2nd ban took the 245 that were left and i never got them back or the money i tried things the EA way and got nowhere hence why i went to m y bank...they still wont accept there contract with for payment of goods wasn't fulfilled

Desired outcome: ideally i would like my account back and my 845 gems back but cant see they will do that so therefore i would like £51.98 back for gems paid for and not received..

I recently cancelled my membership and…

I recently cancelled my membership and removed my payment information from my account. Pogo reached back into their stored information and reactivated my membership. The bank said that it was legal because I had already given them my information. I don't like POGO. It isn't what it used to be. The games are rigged and very difficult the badges are impossible and there isn't enough time. I had to make my profile private because of all the perverted friend request that I am getting. The chat rooms are highly censored and there is no free speech. If you say anything at all to raise a single hair on anyone's head, you are reported and threatened by POGO with account termination. You have no right to defend yourself or see the evidence against you. It is a very bad platform. Stay Away

I have been playing the sims4 through Origin as of 3/4/23 it has updated to just EA app. i created ea in 2014 so the email address even maybe the phone number may not be the same. its 2023 and i can not verify my account because the email linked no longer exists. its a childrens email. I also cant provide dates i bought products because who knows that unless they were able to get into their email. You are about to loose me as a sims player and customer over this because how am i going to verify my account.

Electronic Arts (EA) Nintendo Switch

Have had issues with missing players, I’ve asked EA sports for help on this matter I have now received many emails requesting my account information and one-time code , I reply using this code and every single time the code has apparently expired, I have responded to every email EA sports has sent me to which then I receive no reply. I have asked what else can I do to try and get in touch with an advisor regarding my issue I have not heard anything, and then in between I receive emails saying they want to close my case as it has been resolved.
