Melton Plumbing review: Water heater

Regarding Melton Plumbing - The reason for the failure of the water heater was not been provided. The Melton Plumbing Representative did not attempt to fix the water heater or provide any details. No hand tools or diagnostic tools were used by the representative during the visit. I was advised my claim was being denied due to incidental damage, but my AHS contract states the water heater is covered. I was unable to speak with an AHS supervisor after numerous calls to identify and resolve the problem. I have paid all monthly and service call fees. Melton Plumbing should not be in business.
