Utility Gas Powered Pump review: Returns

Bought a Utility Pump put gas & oil in it would not start. Took it back the next day for a refund Menards said, because you put gas & oil in it we can`t take it back, they said take it to a service center to have it evaluated or fixed.
I told Menards the product is defective i want my money back. They would not refund my money. So it`s the service center now. Bought it 7-25-21
