I am writing to request clarification regarding the downgrade of my EgyptAir Plus membership status from Silver to Blue.

I was previously a Silver-tier member, and I would appreciate it if you could explain the specific reasons for this downgrade and the criteria applied in making this decision.

Could you please clarify whether the downgrade was related to the expiration of my membership tier, the number of qualifying flights, the accumulation of qualifying miles, or any other eligibility requirements?

I would also appreciate a review of my membership account and flight history to ensure that my qualifying flights and miles have been accurately recorded.

Furthermore, please advise me on the requirements and steps necessary to regain my Silver-tier status.
