Fraudulent deductions from credit card
Don't deal with this company. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They send you email promising that your goods have been despatched which are ALL false. After 3-weeks of waiting I cancelled my order. They then deducted €62 for administration fee & supposed postage (even thought the goods were never posted). To top it all, it took numerous emails and 6-weeks before the reduced credit was issued. They totally ignore any customer comments and send you standard email replies that fail to address any customer concerns. Don't deal with this company
They didn't ship and return money
I bought tablet for my daughter from the website www.eglobalcentral.eu. They promised to ship it, but when I checked the status, it was still in the warehouse. I contacted these scammers and asked about it. Blah-blah, some fake excuses and promises. I waited 5 days, but the situation didn’t change. I cancelled the order and requested money, but they still didn’t return it. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
i order one week ago no track number no answer, never reply no sing for my product.
