They didn't deliver the flowers on the day they were supposed to be delivered.
They didn't deliver them the next day.
Or the next day after that.
They DID keep telling us they were in the van, ready to be delivered
They were never in a van, they were never ready to be delivered
The day after the already extensive time frame had completely passed they ignored all our attempts at communication (that's the one skillset they have... failing their customers)
And then the day after that they made an elderly woman cry at Christmas because they made her think she had been forgotten when she was alone
The day after that they sent the smarmiest, [censored]tiest, least sympathetic snidery of an email bluntly informing us they had cancelled the order because they hadn't had the flowers available in the first place
Then they told us they had zero intention of trying to remedy the utter disaster they had caused by sending a (very) late replacement.
Then they held on to our money.
As of right now we have no flowers, no money, and a distraught Aunt.
You're a fool if you trust them with a penny.
They're shameless.
