I needed to replace an old drawer box in my kitchen. Usually my husband is the handy one but he was dragging his feet so I took this on. I had no idea what I was doing but customer service helped me through the whole ordering process, including helping me make sure I got the correct measurements. This box is better quality than my original ones, but it also fits right in and no one would ever know we replaced it. I would definitely buy from here again!

I have ordered drawer boxes and cabinet doors from CabinetNow.com twice now and the selection, product quality and communication has been beyond excellent with both orders. With both orders they exceeded my expectations with the lead times and shipping because both orders arrived sooner than they had originally quoted. I have recommended CabinetNow.com to several people doing projects and I will be using them again myself in the next few weeks for another project.

Great experience. Options were clearly identifiable - and many- both in type of ***, panels, and styles. The product was above what I expected in quality and was delivered quickly - even before the dates given at the time of sale. It is not shown on the web site, but if there are any questions as to the actual dimensions they will call and confirm what your project should need and discuss the final cut beforehand. The doors arrived will packaged, pre-drilled, and ready for priming. Highly recommended!

We ordered unfinished cabinet boxes. 4 of the pieces arrived with cracks and splits in the top layer (veneer?) of the side pieces on the outside. Insides were nicely finished without any defects. We contacted them the day we received them and sent pictures as instructed. One of the crack/split was 40 inches long. We were told they are all on areas that won't be seen. How do they know which side will or won't be seen? One of the cracks will be seen. Won't use again, won't recommend. 1 star because you can order to fit.

was timely but resolved nothing. This company boosts 7 to 10 day delivery. It took 2 months and 10 days to receive my order. When I received it it had no stain or varnish as ordered. I tried to get this resolved and sent pictures of received product. I was told by customer service that I received what I ordered with no resolution to the false advertising of shipping and no resolution to the product sent. I had to call them 2 times to figure out why my simple order of one small drawer face was taking so long. Still never received an explanation.

I ordered two unfinished shaker style doors for a cabinet I built. The online ordering process was very easy. I received a confirmation for my order right away. I was notified when my order went into production and when it was shipped with tracking information. I received my order within the time I was told it would take and the door arrived nicely packaged. I had them bore the holes for European style hinges that I had purchased at *** All measurements were exact and the quality of the doors was excellent. Would definitely purchase from this company again. *** L

Homeowner, I started by ordering just one cabinet, with drawers and drawer fronts. They spent a fair amount of time with novice me on the call, answering question until I was ready to order. The cabinet was beautiful, drawers well executed and it came together so beautifully that we decided to extend the project with a full kitchen. Terrific job, super helpful, even for a small job like mine. I do wish they included the hardware, but it was not the end of the world. At a time when all cabinet orders were 8 weeks delayed, they were able to deliver my larger order within 10 days.

Thank you *** for all your attention and hard work. I refaced my entire kitchen cabinets with the Shaker style...*** helped me with the right hinges and bore holes by looking at pics of my current cabinets. Everything arrived so well packed and it took us 5 hours to hang all the cabinet doors and drawer fronts..not bad at all..perfect alignment. This was much more economical than ripping out the entire kitchen cabinets and building new and the look is awesome. Thank you for being so patient with me and working with me like you did and responding so quickly all the time

Cabinet boxes got delivered damaged. It took them 4 weeks to send out the new ones. Their supplier apparently could only replace the panels that would be visible and none of the back pieces because you wont see them. Cabinet Now did then offer to supply those themselves because we pushed back on that, stating we didnt pay for a scratched kitchen and it doesnt matter if you will see it or not. Customer service lacked in communication and detail. We had to ask several questions repeatedly to get answers. We left messages and wouldnt get called back. Had to chase them often. Still didnt get clarification on some things. The cabinets are good and well made but the customer service really could use an overhaul.

I've ordered 30 or 40 wood drawers and about 20 or 30 drawer fronts from CabinetNow.com in a number of separate orders over a four-month period. It has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. The product is excellent quality and exactly as described, measurements have been absolutely perfect every time. Support and advise from the CabinetNow.com staff was outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly when I needed advice and needed to order larger-than-standard size drawers and fronts. I converted all cabinet boxes to drawers of varying sizes in two bathrooms and all base cabinets in the kitchen. CabinetNow.com made this huge project doable for me. No question that I will use them again and again with similar projects. I highly recommend.

Have had problems with miscommunication as to what the cabinets actually come in as. Have been trying to get into contact with someone on our order for almost 2 weeks now with no response. Was told that they dont offer any discounts for miscommunications made. FYI, the cabinet BASE does not come in the same color as the cabinet front you order, nor is there any color swatch/match for you to take to match the cabinet front color WHEN you have to paint it yourself. Make sure you factor in so much for for fully installing, painting the base cabinets, and READ *** EVERYTHING, because even though there is very very small fine print on IMPORTANT things about the appearance and design, you will not be told that before ordering. Better off using someone locally.

We received 3 panels for a new refrigerator. These were made to match our existing kitchen panels... and the design matched perfectly and the dimensions matched perfectly .However one panel arrived damaged (likely a shipping issue), but on all 3 panels, the center decorative panel "floated" a bit, which was not noticed until after we paid to have the panels stained. I paid the people doing the staining to staple the center panel so they did not float and re-stain. I contacted CabinetsNow to explain the issue via e-mail, they wanted pictures, measurements, etc., but I never spoke with anyone in person, which I expected a call at min.Next thing you know, all 3 panels had been re-made and delivered to my house, a complete waste, as I just needed the 1 damaged panel re-made, and would have liked a credit for the cost to re-stain the one, and staple the others.

I highly recommend ***. A few years ago, I remodeled our bathroom and laundry room and just needed to purchase new door fronts as our original cabinets were still in good condition. I found Cabinet Now online and reached out to them to discuss what they had to offer me for these projects, They had great options for me and very very competitive pricing. But the best part is that everyone who I worked with from this company was absolutely amazing. Each person I spoke with during the process went out of their way to help me to facilitate my order, they helped me to make my decisions of what cabinet front to choose and what type of wood that would be best, and ensured that I was aware of all of the details necessary when placing my order. They were fantastic! I wasnt sure what the quality of the cabinet doors would be as everything was done online, but I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled when I received them (23 in total!), the quality of the doors were top notch, beautifully made of maple wood, and ready to paint and install. Both of the rooms turned out fabulous - looking beautiful and very sophisticated - and thats partly due to the wonderful cabinets from ***, if you ever need any cabinetry products for your home, this is the company to go to! Theyre the best.
