Attention Brides! Please read this review before purchasing your bridesmaid dress, Brides we are going through enough stress with planning please avoid this company to avoid mistreatment, stress and manufacturing issues.

Chicsew does make ordering for standard sizes easy as mentioned on their website, but after the dress is delivered that make the request of returns very difficult and do not try to help. The dress had manufacturer issues with the zipper and were told the dress can not be altered due to dress is not centered on the body because of the zipper, we sent an email to Chicsew and they basically said it’s nothing they can do and will not help and want us to reorder a new dress instead of refunding, discounting or even suggesting them to align the zipper. Wedding is two months out and they don’t show no compassion to the customers, pictures were sent to them to show proof and still rejected. I really advise to not take a chance with this company because if the dress have any issues including manufacturing issues they will turn their backs and keep your money. They are fraud against their policy of return, now we’re stuck with paid dress that can not be worn at all. I will post this same review every week until my wedding, because we work too hard for our money to let anyone just take it from us. Customer Service Rep. Avy is the one I spoke with so please be prepared for disappointments and fraud from this company.. no Bride or BM should go through this, this is horrible. FYI one star is still too much for this company to be rated, I don’t recommend at all.

Yo, so I'm just gonna say this - Chicsew is completely bogus. I put in an order for $170 on the first of March in 2022, and not only did I not get any kind of confirmation email, but when I tried reaching out to them through email and phone call, I got zilch. Absolutely nothing. And I'm not the only one - trust me, you can easily find loads of other people with the same experience. What a deadbeat scamming company. So don't even think about buying anything from these guys, okay? Spare yourself the headache and heartache.

I recently purchased some dresses from Chicsew and while they were pretty, I had some issues with the strap hooks. Unfortunately, they were easily broken and this caused me some frustration. I had ordered ahead of time, so I wasn't able to get my money back. Instead, I was advised to go to a tailor shop and get new hooks put on. While this was a bit of a hassle, I was able to get the dresses fixed up and they now look great.

Overall, I would say that Chicsew has some nice clothing options, but the quality of the hooks could be improved. It's a shame that I had to go through the trouble of getting them fixed, but I'm glad that I was able to salvage the dresses. If you're considering ordering from Chicsew, just be aware that you may need to do some repairs yourself.

I recently bought a dress from Chicsew and when I got it, it didn't look quite how I expected it to on me. I reached out to them about returning it, but was disappointed to find out that they don't offer refunds for sizes over 14. I was shocked and frustrated by this policy - just because I'm not a size 2 doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to return an item that doesn't work for me.

Despite this setback, I will say that the quality of the dress was pretty good. The fabric was nice and it seemed well-made. However, I do wish that Chicsew would be more inclusive with their return policy. It's not fair to penalize customers for their size.

I recently purchased a dress from Chicsew (chicsew.com) and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my purchase. The dress I received did not look anything like the items that were being advertised on their website. It was a complete letdown and I felt like I had been scammed.

I immediately contacted their customer service team to request a return and a refund, but to my dismay, I was told that no refund could be provided. I was shocked and frustrated. How could they not offer a refund for a product that was falsely advertised?

To make matters worse, the dress was not only different from what was advertised, but it was also incredibly ugly. I couldn't believe that I had spent my hard-earned money on something that looked so terrible.

In my opinion, Chicsew needs to stop false advertising and start being honest with their customers. It's not fair to deceive people into buying something that is completely different from what they expect. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely not be making any future purchases from them.
