Edward Jones review: The service and treatment I received from Napa CA. Joe Corsino. 1

I am walking away from Edward Jones who has serviced my retirement for several years now. I have a couple of complaints concerning the way I was treated by Joe Corsino, both today 8/22/2023 and on one other previous occasion. Over the past couple of years I have been told by Mr. Cosino not to call him on the phone but to use the message service on the EJ web site. Not very friendly. Today in the appointment I made with EJ, I expressed to Mr. Corsino that my checking account with the Bank of Stockton has been paying a higher interest rate than my IRA account with EJ. (Please play back the message since all of the calls are recorded and you will see why I am done with EJ). Joe was very rude and short with me to the point where I was determined to go shopping for another advisor. I am sure Joe became upset with me when I informed him the fees I was charged were more than the interest I had made. Please have someone else service the exit of my account. I no longer trust joe enough to handle my exit with EJ.
