The mentioned company did not allow me to withdraw after charging a 20% tax, and again told me to pay the risk fee in the amount of 30,000 dollars, and I did, and again gave the excuse that I had to pay the remittance amount, and I paid, but again. They made an excuse and said that you are suspected of money laundering and that I have to pay another 9000 dollars and they don't allow me to transfer it to my wallet.

C2CX has become shady in their business and it's clear they are executing an exit scam. Coin listed in C2CX crypto exchange was on I'm interest. Signed up just to buy it then I wanted to withdraw and my account got blocked, made some calls and couldn't find a online support, wrote emails nothing until I got in contact with the CEO Scott freeman and he couldn't help me, he said "we are under maintenance until further notice" that was 6 weeks ago, wrote him again recently and I found out im blocked, lost 15k with this exchange later I found that in some forums similar stories to mine, exit scam is what they are doing here.
Luckily, all hope is not lost, with help from a debt relief & collection agent Alex I was able to get my money back but other users probable don't know about him and may not be as lucky. Use Alex and get out while you still can. You can reach him here if you're in a similar situation, he's the best at what he does;
