impossible to contact edreams - edreams make it too difficult to cancel a flight

I am in NZ and need to cancel a flight with eDreams, I have spoken to the airline (Garuda) who say cancellation is no problem and will only cost me AUD$125.00 but I need to cancel the flight via eDreams. I have spent literally hours on eDreams site trying to find a way to email my cancellation request as THEIR 24 HOUR SERVICE AND TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER DO NOT WORK AT ALL - THEY ARE INCORRECT NUMBERS. The standard phone number [protected] works - in terms of it does reach an answering service for eDreams but I can never get anything other than an outside office hours response.
Given the time difference it is difficult ringing the States, especially given all I get is an answering service. eDreams are basically making it very difficult, infect impossible for me to cancel my flight as you can go round and round their web site page trying to get a contact email and there is no information to be had anywhere - no email address is available - only phone numbers that are either incorrect or not manned.
For reference by flight ref is [protected] Sydney to Bali 4/11 return trip, QU26AX.
Please can somebody help by by contacting me via email and confirming this flight can be cancelled and refunding me - I have spent now about 3 hours trying to work through this and am now frustrated and annoyed. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com.au.

I was buying tickets from you for around 1650 euro and was charged 1992.80! This sum never showed up till the confirmation email! This is unethical and very disapointing. ..
I was told over the phone it is due to an agency fee, but it should be visible before clicking on "pay" buttom. At it deffinitevely wans't. Please note that the fee for card used for payement was only 14 euro.

First of all let me say that your Website is the most unfriendly site I have come across. It is impossible to find a means of contacting you. The Help Centre link at the bottom of the page leads nowhere. Also, it is quite interesting and amazing that you do not list yourself in the Product/Subject of Complaint list of this Page, Submit a Complaint. I failed to find another page on your Website where I could tell you about my experience of booking through you, eDreams.
Second, I'd like to say that booking through you was the worst online experience I had. I never received any information from you regarding necessary details concerning the check in, until I was finally able to get through to one of your agents, the day evening before the flight. The "confirmation" I received from you subsequent to my booking contained data that only related to you. And that information itself was WRONG. The agent whom I finally managed to get a hold of by telephone could not locate the Reference number printed in your email.
For what it is worth, please be assured that I will do my best NOT to book through you again in the future and make sure that others in my entourage are aware of my experience.

changing prices after purchase
A few days ago, I purchased two tickets from Beirut to Boston in the name of Jenny and Jeannette Merhej where the advertising price on your site was 1331 and 1308 US Dollars. You debited my credit cards with 1331 and 1308 Euros and added 20% more to the price of the tickets.
This is unethical, illegal and a rip off. I expect you to immediately refund my accounts with all the extra amounts debited which is almost $700 otherwise, a court case will be filed against your company and your online site.
The reservation codes or booking confirmation are : U6FTR9 and U55lGJ.
It seems that this is not the first time you do this to clients and the complaints are loaded on your site. This time, I will take a court action against you until all the extra money debited are refunded.

With the email addressed to Customer Service eDreams dated June 27th I have asked to cancel the flights concerning the following reservations due to my serious health problems:

I've paid to eDreams the insurance with Europe Assistance for flight cancellation and, in order to be refunded, they are asking me the " confirmation of the travel cancellation issued by the service provider (eDreams)".
I've tried several time to contact Customer Service eDreams by phone (no possibility to speak with an operator) and by mail always receiving a computer answer assuring that the concerned office will answer as soon as possible. More than one month is passed by and I have never received an answer.

discrepancy between edream confirmed price and the final debit to my bank account
Good morning,
when i booked my flight WIMJPM I got confirmation from Edreams that the amount from China Southern Airline is 2830euro. But when the debit arrived to my bank account the amount was 3023euro. this is a net add-in of 193euro and without my awareness.

not a reliable company to travel with
Had several flights with them. Everything was okay until now. Booked a flight, they provide insufficient information, couldn't board for their fault. Calling them have gave no result. Edreams asks to call air company, air company asks to call edreams, because they sold me tickets. On hold for hours. Expensive rate to call them. Very disappointed and will never book again.
Please, don't book with them, spend extra dollars and book directly with air company.
I've suffered $2000 dollars loss for my tickets because of them. Oh, yes, they will refund taxes, which is roughly $100.

Terrible! Unfair service Edreams. Beware, multiple charges! I would not recommend anyone.
I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es which does not exist.
E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. After a few days edreams was written that there was a server crash, I was only refunded 275 EUR, the bank took 45 EUR as exchange costs. The reservation was canceled, the rest of the money was not refunded and even no, , sorry'' from Edreams. Only yesterday after telephone intervention, they kindly said that they would refund the rest of the money minus the exchange costs. With the fault of edreams I lost 90 EUR, server crash was not my fault.
They illegally took a double amount of 320 Eur and they lied writing yesterday that they had to cancel the reservation for lack of money. After 10 days they did not return unlawfully taken money.
There is no option to write a message on Edreams, only expensive international phone calls. Instead of explaining and refunding money, they send me unwanted advertisements.
I will seek legal opportunities, recover my money unlawfully seized.
How such a large international service can be so unfair!
Never again will I use dishonest Edreams.

Please note that I booked a flight and I can't make manage my booking from the site to change the flight dates unless it very easy issue then I called the customer service and they are very bad because they send me 3 times for 3 call center officers and they asked all the informations everytime then the last one gave me a new number to start a new call again to change the flight unless and this call takes 15 min
Please I recommend all the people don't use edreams because they are not professional and very bad custoomer service

flight booking not available at advertised price
I have booked various flights lately for my family, some through Cheapflights.co.uk. All have been fine except the last one I booked for my wife through eDreams. The price they advertised was not the price of the flight available. I clicked on the buy with eDreams and was not forwarded with the advertised price of £48 but it then changed to £61.93. I continued with the purchase as it was for an important appointment and it meant my wife could join me on the same flight I was already booked on (booked mine with another company via Cheapflights and paid the advertised price of £44).
Anyway I called eDreams afterwards to complain and they said they would look into it if I had a screenshot of the original price, which I did so I sent it to them.
Hearing nothing after returning from our short trip I contacted them and they said "Once the available flights corresponding to your search are displayed, the prices always include a discount of our service fees. This discount is only applied if our customers use the same payment method as the one stated below each available flight. Please note that the payment method which allows to enjoy the discount may vary according to airlines, destinations and dates."
They went on to speak about the method of payment but this is not the issue.
I tried again to make bookings and each time I clicked on the ticket price advertised I was forwarded to purchase the ticket at that price, it had nothing to do with the payment method used at this stage.
They clearly have been advertising a flight at a price and then not making it available at that price.
Other flights I have booked and ones when I tested bookings again have all gone through to proceed at the advertised price.

I am complaining about a lack of response to our refund
We purchased a Norwegian Air ticket #T6CV9I for our daughter on May 28 and had to cancel it which we did within the required 24 hours. We purchased the ticket on my wife's credit card Master Card ending in#6231. We have confirmation from Norwegian Air that they credited an eDream credit card ending in #0968 for the full amount on June 1st.
I have called, I have sent emails, I have messaged on facebook and still no response to our refund. You have been holding our refund since June 1

My doctor gave me a note, that I sent as an attachment to edreams.com, certifying that I am unable to fly due to actual existing health problem.
I bought " flight cancellation insurance " for all my flights, through edreams.com.
Edreams.com replied back because my tickets are non-refundable, that the airlines companies refused to refund.
I sent to edreams.com a complain that your insurance companies for whom I bought my" flight cancellation insurances" is responsible for refund and not the airline companies.
It seems these flight cancellation insurances are a fraud.
Therefore I might consult my lawyer about selling me a fraud insurance

I booked an airline ticket for my mother on 20/07 from Simpheropol to Malta departing 25/07.
I received confirmation no [protected] on 21/07 and money of ticket eur423.17 was taken from my credit card.
I received an email same day asking me info re special needs for my mama as I had requested a wheelchair for her under special needs . I phoned them as requested in the email and provided all info. They confirmed that they will deal with it and there should be no problem.
In the meantime eticket was not issued

Today Sunday 23/07 I called the airline to check re special needs for my mama. I was informed to my surprise that the ticket had been cancelled by edreams.
i immediately called their call center in Barcelona. First I was informed that my tickets were cancelled bec there were no funds on the bank accont. After I checked with my bank who confirmed that there wer funds and payment was effected to edreams.
I called them again and now they said that booking was cancelled bec of the special needs.
They just cancelled the booking without even informing us, and status of account did not even show this. If I did not check mu mum would have gone to airport ( a five hour drive) in the state she is for nothing.
Now I just received an email where they state: We are pleased to inform you that your flight cancellation request has been received.
I never cancelled the flight. They just did it without our knowledge.
Now I hope they will refund the whole amount and will book again from other place
